I have tried so many diets and weight loss products and all have not been that successful or only been short lived. Slimpod is the best! I only wish I had found it before.
No calorie counting, no weighing out food, no pressure to go to the gym and no putting products without enough scientific knowledge in to your body.
I am absolutely loving Slimpod and am learning how powerful our really brains are.
Just listening to a pod for 9 minutes or so and getting results. It sounds crazy but it works. Not a quick fix but I've been on it for 7 weeks now and have loss inches on my bust, waist and thighs and just feel so much better.

I was very skeptical about Slimpod to begin with as I have a large amount of weight to lose. I am so fed up of cutting out certain foods and losing weight only to put it all back on again plus another stone.
Slimpod offers 10 days free so I had nothing to lose and I gave it a go. In my case my weight hasn’t dropped yet but I’ve been yo-yo dieting for most of my adult life. However Sandra’s advice and the pods are so calming that I’ve noticed big changes in my eating habits.
I had a habit of buying two of everything - I notice without consciously thinking about it, I’m buying one instead of two.
I used to eat a whole bag of sweets in one setting, now I can stop myself from doing that. It’s about being aware and making a conscious decision.
Second helpings are a distant memory, and my portion sizes are reducing too. I give myself permission to stop when I feel I’ve had enough - even when there is only one mouthful left on my plate. I mentally give myself a pat on my back.
Little by little my thought process is changing and I suspect because of this I will start losing weight. I have to keep reminding myself that in between all that dieting in the past, it’s taken 45 years for me to grow to this size so losing it slowly is what I should expect. I am in week 7 which is considered very early days but the changes are evident.

I believe that my subconscious mind has endless potential to take care of me and help manifest my best life, provided I seek out, critically analyse and apply myself to the ways I trust to investigate this potential. They are very hands on. Nothing like most services these days. The focus on repetition with the slimpod works for me. I definitely am not easily ‘hypnotised’, this is more focussed on suggestions and reassurances such as this is not a diet it is changing your whole mindset. A refreshing ,different approach to weight loss. Not a diet but lots of support to change mind set to want to eat healthier, move more. I feel so much more relaxed around eating after decades of dieting. I joined because I was curious and dreaded the weekly weigh in at slimming club and was totally fed up with diet plans. I haven’t weighed myself but notice clothes are looser and I am feeling really happy and positive.

I'm enjoying 'not being on a diet', but taking a slower, psychological approach to control my eating (or not eating) . The science, through Sandra's coaching videos and her book is very interesting and helpful.
I'm tempted to give it 5 stars, but I'm only on week 7, so I need to see where it takes me.
I'm hoping I'll learn how to eat like 'normal' people who don't get fat!

If you are looking for a “quick fix” then this is probably not for you. I was incredibly sceptical but then decided to do the free trial and see how it goes. I have continued with the programme because, while I previously knew what I should be eating, it didn’t always work out. Now I find that I am instinctively choosing healthier options and eating smaller portions. I have only lost 8Kg so far (7 weeks in) but that is OK. I’m aware that changing the habits of a lifetime takes time. I’m feeling much fitter, moving more, eating healthily and my clothes are getting looser. Well worth it!
