This program is very encouraging and allows you to change your habits without making you feel bad about yourself which is the norm for other weight loss products. There is lots of positive and evidenced based psychology involved which makes a huge difference in changing your mindset. There is support from the community online if you want it and through the app on the community boards. The only slight issue is I’d prefer to have a dedicated app rather than a web link but it’s a minor issue and doesn’t really distract from the experience. Personally I can’t say I have lost a lot of weight so far but I’m relatively early in this journey. I do however feel changes in how I think and feel about food and have significantly changed my habits.

I am no longer comfortable eating. I am not snacking and instead am content with 3 meals a day.
I am not moving enough and need to put some goals in place to improve that.
I am into week 6 but so far have not lost any weight. I do not know why my weight has not shifted yet. I am trying to drink more, sleep better and move more.

I have been thinking my mind was the most powerful director over all my plans with eating and trying to stop over eating. But how to get this process started wasn’t easy to grasp. As soon as I started to read more about Slimpod I realised this was the best yet of anything I’ve heard about. So far it’s all made total sense. I think if you are someone who knows they eat poorly or overeats to excess, this program is helpful. It could help you reframe your habits without too much effort. If you eat healthily but are overweight it’s not much help in my opinion. If you question the instructions you’re advised to just keep on listening to it ad infinitum. As mentioned in other reviews the only advice on managing one’s food intake is the same as everywhere else: use a small plate, eat slowly, eat less, move more… I suppose this might be news to someone who has never been on a diet program but it’s marketed to people who have yo-yo dieted longterm, so it left me wanting to scream. The insistence that 95 percent of users lose weight makes me dubious about the veracity of those results tbh. I think it’s likely that many more, like me, see no result and just fade away. Oh well.

I can’t recommend Slimpod enough! It’s a very clever and highly accessible weight loss programme that feels easy and not too onerous. The more you put in the more you get out - that said just listening to the pods is enough for some.
After 7 weeks I’ve significantly reduced my sugar intake and have started eating way more healthily and mindfully and I feel like it’s going to stick.
I’m now listening to the sugar and fit pods and it feels like magic how quickly they start to take effect.
I highly recommend this especially to those who have tried other weight loss programmes only to find themselves slipping back to old habits after a few weeks or months. It really works.
