This really wasn't for me. I found It difficult to engage with. The money had already come out by the time I got around to cancelling. Even when I said to customer service they just said pay for one more month!! I It was expensive and I've spent the best part of £100 with no refund.

Listening to the audio pods has really made a difference! At first I was skeptical since I’d tried so many different diets over the years and figured this one would disappoint me like the others and I wouldn’t stick to it, but what did I have to lose since it was a 10 day free trial. Well imagine my shock and happy surprise when it does work! Without even thinking about it I was eating less and making better choices! Not to mention sleeping 8-9 hours a night! It’s not a diet, not a lose it quick meal plan, but a new way of thinking about food (without really having to do much of anything). It works for me!

Amazing customer service and so pleased with the results so far- incredible i can go from one day relentless snacking to not wanting any biscuits, chocolate etc the next without willpower fighting it. My only criticism is the format. I would prefer an app where it would be easier to find different segments instead of having to go through them all.

It works. I am much more aware of my hunger and full signal since I started slimpod but the most surprising thing for me is that I am finally moving more. I can hardly believe it. I had been wanting to go for walks for a while but never seemed to get around to it. Now I go out for a brisk walk around the park once or twice every day. Very happy!

Did not work for me. I listened to the pods for weeks to no avail, despite other people reporting they got immediate results. The videos of the founder did not provide any new information. In my view, although they claim to not be diet-driven, they do not suggest anything different from any other weight loss application or program: eat fruit and veggies and exercise every day. The fact the woman appears in every video feels like the whole thing is more an exercise in self-promotion for her than actually providing a natural way to lose weight.
If you read the reply to my review, you will see all the same claims repeated and a tone that suggests I am too inept to understand how it is supposed to work or to follow the program properly. I stand by what I said: it did not work for me and it may or may not work for you, depending, I guess, on how open your subconscious is to repeated suggestions.

I have definitely noticed a difference in my food choices and exercise motivation.
I love the daily e-mails and weekly videos, they definitely motivate you and inform you so that you can make better choices. I also love how I don't feel like I want to give up if ( do decide to eat a packets of crisps or drink a bottle of wine. I just keep going, step by step.

I am looking at this as a long term project for me - and I think that the way this is constructed is very good for that.
