I recently opened a think money bank account only to receive the biggest shock of my life they have charged me £4.95 for putting money into my account and to top it all when I tried to transfer what i had left in my account they said i hadnt enough to transfer to my other account I think it is absolutely ridiculous I shall be costing my account down

There is no monthly fee with our Everyday account; you only pay for certain services. The charges for those services are listed in your terms and conditions. You can also find them on the website under 'Compare accounts' in the 'Current account' section.
If you regularly use any of the services that come with charges, you might find switching to a Smart or SmartPlus account would be a better fit for you. These accounts have a monthly fee to cover everyday use and you would only face additional charges for things like replacing a lost or damaged card. We would be happy to talk you through the different accounts and help you choose the best fit for you, if you'd like to contact us directly to chat about this.

Locked out of my money over forced biometric data harvesting, Avoid this provider if you care about data privacy. Following a recent system migration, thinkmoney has locked my account and frozen my balance. They are refusing to grant access unless I submit to biometric facial scanning and motion tracking.They already hold my legally verified UK Passport and utility bills on file from when the account was opened. Forcing a secondary biometric barrier to access my existing funds is completely unnecessary, a breach of UK GDPR consent principles, and constitutes digital exclusion.I have launched a formal complaint and am demanding a Final Response Letter to take to the Financial Ombudsman Service. Unacceptable to freeze a customer's money and continue charging fees over data they already legally possess.

Awareness..
I've always found it comforting to know that a Site was protected, if Trust pilot was stated! However that doesn't seem to be the case anymore! I know someone who was Scammed, for quite a lot of Money.
So, are the dreadful People that carries out these diabolical acts, getting more Clever??
