The company you apply with should send you to our website automatically, once there you'll need to log into online banking and approve the access request. If you aren't redirected to our website, this is sadly an issue with the companies open banking provider 💙
Whenever I was on the brink
Whenever I was on the brink where no-one would help guide me with my financial issues Think Money stood up above the rest of the Banks and actually cared and settled my nerves. I could look and see a future, all because Think Money cared.

Nearly five star but one frustration is that Thinkmoney is not a recognised bank for making online payments with some other banks and I am not able to add my card to Apple Wallet as not recognised.
Get that sorted and it would a 5 Star

Lack of control of outgoing finances
The sudden, unexpected changes in Direct Debit instructions is not only confusing but frustrating too….
I don’t fully understand how this system works, from some 25+ years ago when I had a physical bank manager to discuss my finances with.
Unfortunately, this is no longer the case in the “modern world”.
