We needed to upgrade your system with a new 5G enabled card and the customer service representative offered you the new 5G chip at our cost. Great customer service
Customer service rep was able to help me reactivate and also gave me a great deal. He was also able to help me helped me out during the implementation and followed up after the installation to help resolve issues proactively. They also sent out missing parts…for free. It was a delight to work with the implementation team. Thanks

Overall I'm very pleased with the service. I was initially worried that installing the system myself while on the phone with a technician would be difficult, but it ended up being straightforward and the technician was very helpful. Having a hands-free or speaker phone is a must!
Now that everything is installed, I did find there was one aspect of the installation missing in the printed instructions and not mentioned by the technician: orientation of the sensors so that you can later open the cover and replace the batteries. I didn't think about this until after the units were installed. By bad luck, two of the sensors were adhered in a corner of the door casement that blocks access to the tab that releases the cover. When it comes time to replace the batteries, I will have to remove the sensors, rotate 180 degrees, and re-adhere. Not a huge deal, but worth mentioning.

Very disappointing (non) reaction to an alarm going off
You didn't even know that my alarm was going off until I called, and by then it had been going off for 4 minutes. It took a half hour before anyone went to check out the situation at my shop. When I mentioned this to the monitoring operator he informed me that Think Protection doesn't pay them enough to do a proper job.
The entire experience left me very uneasy and I plan to call in to discuss this when I get a chance.

Very pleased at how everything went smoothly. The devices install really well with the strong glue backing . The tech support was excellent. The whole process started with Maciej’s care and explaining of what we needed to do , and that you have this wireless equipment to make a complete system that our insurance company insisted on.
