It was a bit late but probably due to covid. It was a replacement so exactly as expected

These are the best and most useful glasses on the market. However this is the third pair I have bought because they have all broken on the nose piece after one year (they don't last much longer than one year).

They work really well use the all the time as they are always on hand when I'm out

Delivery was prompt. I have ThinOptics for over 4 years now & very happy with the product.

Innovative product. Already very handy when I haven't wanted to carry my glasses. Very pleased with the speed of delivery, quality, and also packaged nice which helps as one set was for a gift.

The buying options and service are great. Keep the quality of the glasses, frames and cases to high standard pls.
Still not a fan of your nose clips/grips - all mine have broken within a short time. I use them without the clips/grips after filing the broken stub down to make it smooth. Some competitors offer their glasses with an immovable grip.

Great product. well made but very light and perfect for evening bag

I've bought a few of the cheap knock-off's on ebay, and they haven't survived very long.. the Thin-optics I have now, have out-lasted 2 pairs of the knock-offs, and still going strong. I'm quite impressed. They are comfortable, effective, and convenient, since they are attached to the back of my phone case (wireless charging works through them).

Thin optics are robust and very portable and offer good value for money.
The delivery was simple and prompt with emails advising the progress of the order.

Works OK - extremely tricky to get them into the box and instructions don't really cut it for how to do that first time.

These are no good for sticking on phones that use wireless charging - they're too fat, so block the charger.

Unfortunately, I use a clearview smart cover too, so they can't stick on the front either (blocks the screen).

Redesigning the case for phone users is an absolute must - currently, it is a cheap plastic sleeve thing which compresses the lenses so they are less wide - which is difficult to put away and totally unnecessary (phones are longer than glasses - so there's no need to compress at all). If the case was just the right size for the lenses (with minimal material in the bridge area) they would stick perfectly well to even clear-view front covers on phones without blocking the used parts of the message area...

These glasses will be perfect for use in the evenings when I carry a small bag that my regular glasses will not fit into.

My parcel was lost and had been sent through a courier ,After 3 weeks the investigation produced no results and I rated the service as bad.

So handy to carry around with you

Good looking but poor lenses and the case design makes it impossible to keep them clean when putting them in and taking them out
