Pretty easy to use even for an old bloke like me who didn’t think computers would ever catch on.
One thing they could sort out is where it asks ‘Who is your employer?’ when you’ve already ticked the ‘Retired’ box. Got a bit stuck at that.

Very uncomfortable about providing such detailed personal information to an unknown third party. Can I be certain they will delete it allsecurely as soon as their checks were complete?
Whole process will be straightforward to a typical smartphone addiction who doesn't think twice about giving up personal information to Facegram etc - but quite nerve-wracking to anyone who is more tech-savy ...

Another example of the use of an inferior "AI " engine, software, algorithm? Not sure what it is, I am sure it did not give the seamless service I was expecting. The support when things go wrong is utterly woeful, if you are unlucky enough to have to deal with this then just go straight back to your solicitor, complain like crazy, you are paying the bill afterall for this extremely poor service. Then request an alternative method to provide evidence for ID and money laundering.

The Assistant Emanuel was very patient with my lack of IT experience using my iPhone! The whole process is rather laborious and needs shortening especially when using the sale of your principle residence to purchase a new principle residence and not using additional funds .

The video was very difficult to film as am not accustomed to taking selfies. I struggled to keep my head in the frame when moving in the selfie. In the end I had to set up a tripod with the phone and sit completely still on a pile of cushions. Otherwise OK.

Relatively easy apart from not working with a laptop which made accessing some of my documents more difficult which I got around by opening the docs on my laptop and photographing them, this worked but was rather time consuming, however apart from that glitch the process was fairly smooth.
