I've known of this company for years but haven't bought anything until now. A discount code was advertised, so I ordered a tshirt. For the price, it is really nice quality (so soft!) and a really nice design. It arrived quickly and was packaged really nicely. I'm very happy with my new tee.

QC failure, purposefully difficult returns
Confirmed defective item sent to me and I contacted immediately them about it. They were weird about the return. Saying I'd only have a 7 day window for it and that I'd need to choose the date that window started, then that I couldn't choose that date, then that they were going to do it on a date they've chosen. Which is a future week when I cant actually get to the post office. So now through no fault of my own I won't be able to return the defective item that I've been sold, I won't be able to use it, and I'm down that money I paid for it.
Its a shame because their art work is lovely, the materials feel decent, but if I can't trust them to send me an item without major faults and I can't return that faulty item without jumping through a load of weird hoops no other business has, then I can't trust them on any future purchases either.

Been shopping online for over 20 years and have never had this much trouble returning an item, not even internationally. This company is in the same country I am, and its the only one so far that's decided to use this weird return system that means customers only have seven days to return an item starting on a week day. When I was told to choose a day I was not told that they had to be in office on the day chosen, and I shouldn't have to tell any company my personal schedule as suggested in the response below to be able to initiate a return. I was also not offered a partial refund this is a blatant lie, I was offered £10 off a future purchase on their site.
Someone else mentioned there is a lack of care in their dealing with customers and reading the other negative reviews I would agree that this is unfortunately the case. The correctly made products will be decent quality. But if you are unlucky enough to get sold an item with issues then get ready for unnecessary hassle and then to be told in not so many words that you are the problem. There is also no way that they failed to notice the misprint on this tshirt after making or before sending it out.
For transparency in the email following their below comment they are now giving me the additional option of owning a printer and self printing a lable and then waiting at home for an unspecified amount of time for a pick up, which they themselves have bizarrely indicated usually isn't great... and might not even get the return back to them???
Edit 2: contrary to what was discussed they have now sent me a print at home label for a totally different service they have not mentioned at all before that needs to be used by monday. I still do not have my own printer to print a label. I'd assume incompetence but at this stage it's unlikely.

Hi - thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. Whilst we take on board everything you have said here, we just wanted to clear up some things as we believe there has been a misunderstanding. We are sorry to hear you believe we have been weird about making a return to begin with. You did contact us to make us aware of the fault and we offered to either issue a full refund and cover returns postage, or offered a partial refund if you wanted to keep the item (which you choose not to do and this was absolutely fine as we completely understand why you would not wish to keep a misprinted/blury t-shirt). We apologised for the fault and any inconvenience, and we stated due to the item being placed in "Last Chance", it was discontinued, and we could not offer a replacement (due to the screen already being stripped of the design). The point regarding the 7 day window, is not us stating you only have a week, but that the returns label we supply you with is only valid for this timeframe; we cannot change the length and have no control over this. This is why we asked you to pick when would be best, as we wanted it to be at a convenient time for you. At this point, we did not know it would be difficult for you to get to the post office. We also stated within this same email that we do not work weekends. You replied and requested to start the label on a Sunday, which we explained we do not work weekends. Please note this is not us being awkward, but the post office is not open on Sundays and as a small business of 3, we also have days off, these being weekends. I asked if sending it as a priority first thing Monday morning would be OK and also stated we were happy to look at other options if not. To which you replied, "Just do whatever. I'll either manage to get it back or I won't" - this makes it difficult for us to know what is best to do, as communication isn't great and we felt we tried our best to accommodate. You did not state the week was unsuitable; you just said you only get one opportunity per week to do such tasks, which we assumed would still be fine as it would fall within the 7-day timeframe. In summary, we are sorry you have received a faulty item. We are more than happy to cover returns postage and issue a full refund - we use Royal Mail for this and postage labels are only valid for 7 days. We are not asking you to jump through unnecessary hoops and we offered to look at alternatives if this was unsuitable but you did not want to know. We felt we tried to resolve this as best we could and we have emailed you again to try to resolve this.

Having already bought 2 t-shirts and being amazed by the quality of the fabric, print and postage (sent in a lovely box and the t-shirts in side being nicely wrapped in black paper).
When my wife asked me what I wanted for my birthday I knew where I was going!
Bought 4 new t-shirts and they are as brilliant as the first lot.
The fabric is lovely and soft, a great feeling against the skin. The print is spot on on all the tops, again great packaging, really happy again with them.

Great designs. Great T-shirts. Fantastic quality. This is my second order with them and I’m sure it won’t be the last. Have been after a small in the ‘Rot with me’ design and my only critique would be I wish they would come back into stock a little quicker but it certainly wouldn’t put me off ordering.
