This company is great! The items you order are made as you order so take a,little while to arrive,but you are given updates! My denim dress was well worth the wait,lovely fit ,great material very light denim! I got my dress last year and it washed really well,still looks as good as new!

I have a black floral Maddie, green Rodica dress, Fern dress, wide jeans, striped shirt, T-shirts another pink dress(can’t remember the name) a super Yasmynn cord Shaket and my very favourite dress, the denim Rhiona dress. I love them all! They are well worth the wait!

I can’t say enough good things about This is Unfolded. I have bought and received 9 dresses and 2 blouses, and waiting for two more. The quality is excellent, they fit really well, and they are so pretty. I absolutely love the Maddie dresses. Communication about orders is excellent. Yes, from ordering to receiving, unless from the archive sales, can be anything from 6 to 10 weeks ….but the wait is worth it. The ethos of the company, less wastage, helping to educate poorer children, everything is superb. And did I say that the quality of the clothes is second to none. My only niggle is that there are too many fantastic dresses and I struggle to choose, so end up buying more than I anticipated - but never regret it ☺️

Such a lovely, comfortable dress. I chose the Maddie design for my first order and am so happy with it.
The design and colours are lovely. I normally steer clear of dresses as don't find many that suit my shape - bust size 18, hips size 14, 5'4" in height. This dress looks so nice, fits in all the right places to show my body shape at its best and the "short" length is just right at mid calf. The fabric feels very expensive and so soft. It was definitely worth the delivery waiting time.
I'm sure to come back for more! Just don't tell my partner!

Really lovely quality down to the fine details. The dress is very flattering, pockets are discreet, can dress up or wear as an everyday dress. I didn’t enjoy the wait, tested my patience, but it was worth it. Very happy. Waiting patiently for my next one to arrive (different colour & style). It’s on its way! 🤞

It’s very disappointing that the concept is great but the execution is not. I have been waiting for the final item from my order placed in February and despite repeated emails to them I have not received the item or a response. This is very poor customer service.

Poorly made, low quality dress. Returns policy so difficult to find and currently they want me to prove that it's faulty and also pay postage for return. Very disappointed. Think I've finally learned my lesson about buying online
Unfolded replied swiftly to my review whilst I am still waiting for a response to my email from 3 days ago. I had to search for returns policy and finally emailed to ask what it was. No paperwork of any description was included in my package from them. AI replied and I had further wait to hear a reply from a human. I have never been asked to prove that something is faulty and I repeat that it's only noticeable in wearing, too much material makes the bodice not lie flat on one side, and I have no intention of sending a photo of me wearing it. The hem is also badly stitched - not straight. Unless I receive a refund and simple instructions for returning this item, I will chalk it up to experience and hope others take note before buying from this company.

Lovely comfortable dress. Very pleased with the fit considering I’m only 5ft. Pockets are a great addition. Love the idea behind its manufacture too.

Clothes looked lovely but, unfortunately, I couldn’t wear them as they didn’t fit. Buyer beware here, the customer pays for returns and must return within 14 days of receipt of the clothes. This is not explained upfront when ordering. I would probably not have ordered if I had known.

This company is a revelation. The clothes I have ordered from them did take a while to arrive, but they are SO worth it. Lovely quality fabrics and very well made and they are a very good price - fast fashion is not only poor quality fabric, but also shoddy finishes - this is the exact opposite. Also the customer service is amazing. SO much contact is very rare, and if you have an issue, they respond very quickly and personally - no horrid bots here! Their ethos all round is to be applauded.

Yet again, perfect dresses from a fabulous company. I bought my first dress last July and was blown away with the quality and fit and don’t look anywhere else now! To say I’m becoming addicted is an understatement. They do take a while to arrive, but wow the wait is so worth it. I have received 3 beautiful dresses today- Katrina, Camilla and Ashleigh. The quality of fabric and workmanship is second to none. It doesn’t matter what I wear from Unfolded, I get compliments and people asking me where I bought them. The fitting is always perfect. The sizing is always well displayed and I love the way the dresses are shown on models from all their size ranges. Keep up the great work Unfolded. Thank you for making me feel fabulous in whatever I wear!

Still waiting nearly 10 weeks. Ridiculous ! Very misleading when you make a purchase. I was advised 8 weeks (still a ridiculous time scale ). I will not be making this mistake again and will not order from you again. It’s a shame you could not be more honest with delivery times. Ordered for an occasion which has been and gone and I am now going to be out of the country for sometime. 😡😡. I have now submitted the extra information requested. Despite responding to their requests still not heard anything. 10 weeks and counting. It will probably arrive whilst I am abroad the next month / dress was required for the trip. This has been an utter waste of time and you have had my money all this time. Never again ! People beware and avoid this so called ethical company - nothing ethical about taking money and not delivering !!

I ordered early February, wanting dresses for holiday in late April. It seems unlikely I will get them by then so very disappointed, also the worry that they will try to deliver whilst I am away.

My beautiful Maddie(short) dress fits perfectly. Gorgeous fabric, design and colour. Definitely worth the wait for it being ethical made and supporting children.

I have found the dresses from unfolded are beautifully made and a lovely fit.

The longer wait for delivery is well worth it. Clothing is made to order to reduce waste, which is great. I ordered a midi cotton dress and a denim pinafore. As a petite woman, sizing can be difficult but these were perfect. They fit and feel beautiful , and are excellent quality.

Rhiona Denim Dress Received. Made of the softest denim, though not too thin. True to size 16 with plenty of room to move. Really an easy piece of clothing to wear. It would be great to have one with longer slim sleeves that you could wear a fine cardigan over it. With boots and chunky tights a perfect autumn/winter dress too.

The vision of the company is very worthy. However I am disappointed with the product I received. I ordered a dress and waited the 5weeks I was told. It has just arrived and is going straight back.
The quality of the fabric is very poor and the fit is poor with huge puffed shoulders which are not apparent on the site. It is very creased and looks like something I could buy at one of the cheap discount stores. I won't be using this company again. This is such a shame as I really wanted to support such worthy aims.
