I will buy it again
First of all, hats off to Sam in customer services. He (or she(?), sorry Sam, only communicated via email so not sure) went above and beyond when I had issues with a courier struggling to locate my address. Sam is a true credit to the company (THIX should pay him or her(?) more!).
As for the product, we're advised to use the product for three months to see the full benefit but I can already see improvement in the condition of my hair after only two weeks so I look forward to being three months in for even better results.
Yes THIX is a little bit more expensive compared to other brands but I believe you get what you pay for in this case.
Try it yourself, you'll be pleased you did.

Awesome Shampoo & Conditioner
Have had a few bottles of both the shampoo and conditioner and love them, they smell great and sobfar do seem to be improving my hair strength and quality. Will definitely keep using.

It was so good I ordered again
This is my second order because I loved using this shampoo and conditioner. They smell lovely and after using it for a few months I have defintely noticed that my hair is thicker and less hairloss. I have curly hair and it still leaves my curls looking great.

A nice product
The first time I ordered I didn't think I needed the pump for the conditioner so took it out of my basket. That was a mistake which THIX rectified quickly. The conditioner is VERY thick so get the pump! Both the shampoo and conditioner work well together. Not overly scented, which I like, and get the job done. I cannot state that my hair is thicker or growing faster yet, but if it helps me keep my current hair, that is good enough for me.

My hair doesn't feel nourished or soft
My hair doesn't feel nourished or soft. Thought it would make my hair feel thicker and soft but it hasn't. also the pump seems to get clogged up most days. Bit disappointing considering the cost, does smell great though.

Hello Jonathan, sorry to read about your issue with a faulty pump. The pumps are normally very free flowing so have put a replacement in the post for you. Sure this will resolve the problem. We recommend three months use to see the benefits of THIX, but most people see good results after the first month of thicker, fuller hair. Great product, exceptional customer service from Sam
I ordered the hair care routine as a gift for my mum birthday, my order arrived it was incorrect, I contacted the customer service and Sam dealt with me via email. Well just WOW to say Sam went above and beyond for me would be underrated. Sam rectified my order with rapid response in time for my mums birthday and even put a little birthday note in for my mum. Also I was extra grateful as I got extra for my trouble.
I have been using this treatment for the last two months and it has massively improved my hair and it is so much more healthier and i it sets naturally so much better I don’t have to straighten it.
Hence why my mum wanted some for her birthday. Thanks Sam and thanks Thix x

Does what it says on the tin !!
After a week using all the products as per instructions my hair which was thinning and very flyaway is now a lot thicker healthier and the brush slides through the hair with no tangles . Will continue as very happy so far with product and customer service 😊

The shampoo and conditioner was excellent quality.I have been using the products for around 6 weeks so not long enough to tell have they had the desired effect but have subscribed to Thix and will continue to use based on the overall quality of the shampoo and conditioner.The styling paste included in the package i received is also great quality and my go to now best used on slightly damp hair.
