Tried to return an item granted it was quite a bit of time but wouldn’t even work with me on discounts or price matching. Also the sales guy I spoke with was super rude.

Impossible to get on the phone, they don't honor their no hassle returns. Please buy from anyone else. So many better companies out there. Speaking to this company makes you think they are ran out of someones garage.

Very disappointed in my first dealings with THMotorsports. I ordered a Splitter for my S2000 on August 30th after a Semi blew a tire and destroyed my previous lip. Order process was easy and shortly after I ordered received and email stating it would be a few days before my order shipped. I responded to clarify and was told 3-4 days. I waited until August 12th and finally after not receiving my order or an email from the company, sent a request to find out what was going on. After another day I received an email saying it is expected to be ready to ship by the 24th. After speaking to 2 different individuals at the company, I was told that they take no responsibility for not following up with me and in no way will compensate me for losing a month waiting on an order that originally was to ship in 3-4 days. I have canceled my order and I caution you against ordering from them even if the price seems good because customer service is the last thing you can expect to receive .

A "tech support guy" I spoke with was a bit obnoxious.

Very good personal customer service. Had a few hiccups with an order but they resolve the issue relatively quickly. Issue was likely with shipment from a manufacturer. Wait times for orders can be slightly lengthy as they can come from abroad (European manufacturers) or straight from manufacturers, but if you're not in a huge hurry and prefer some of the lowest prices online, this is definitely a great way to go. Very good selection of performance specific products. 2 orders already and I will definitely be ordering again.

I got my money back thanks to PayPal not this merchant. Took 3 weeks. I buy tons of stuff on line for my cars and THmotorsports will never see another dime of my money. There are lots of options out there.

Easy to work with and staff is very knowledgeable. Only thing is I had called after the order was placed to change my order a bit and I’m not sure if the part was removed after I saw the order confermation email. We’ll see.

Ordered some coilovers and they happened to be out of stock, spoke with a few people and I ended up getting some other coils they had in stock ..

One of my worst online purchase experiences if not the worst ever. This experience is exactly why I always attempt to spend my hard earned money locally first....This is the short version. I ordered my much needed parts online, website says *in-stock and should receive in 4-5 days. On the 5th day I email to inquire about delivery date(no tracking number provided), Next day I'm informed the parts are not in stock for 10 more days. I ask how to get a refund. Next day I received an email from a different email address saying they apologize for the mix up, Parts have shipped as scheduled and will be arriving soon. Four days later I inquired "where are my parts"!? On the 11th, Reply is sorry parts are out of stock until the 16th... On the 19th. I inquired *status? Reply, sorry parts are delayed until the 22nd.!? I'm not very confident I'll receive these much needed parts anytime soon. I'd gladly have paid THM's competitor the extra $30 if I'd known they are selling parts they didn't truly have....beware!

Whole experience was great. Shipping was faster than expected, and it was free! Can't beat that. Customer service rep I spoke with on the phone was very helpful, and answered all of my questions. I tried to purchase the same parts from two other retailers and they shipped them to the wrong address or didn't have them in stock to ship...Would buy from again.
