I have been a Thomann customer for many years, the experience has been stellar throughout. Quick delivery, great prices, and if something goes wrong, they resolve it quickly, competently and without hassle.

I bought an upgrade for Vocalign Ultra and they sent me the wrong upgrade. As soon as they realised they had sent a key that would be useless to me, they said they had issued a refund. This happened two days ago and no sign of any refund being issued. This store keeps getting worse, from crass mistakes like this one, to the awful packaging they sent the items in. Not to mention the time they sent me a used microphone as if it was new. Do they still have any sense of shame?

Recently ordered a few pieces from Thomann and it was first class all the way.

Package arrived damaged, but Thomann were very quick to resolve the issue and provided a replacement with no hassle. The interaction with Customer care was great. Very happy overall!

Once again a seemless on-line transaction. This time I had to return an item - I just didn't like what I had bought! No questions asked - free returns , process easy and funds back quickly. I posted back items on 30/12 funds returned 13/01

Very bad dispatch and shipping times to Ireland. Took nearly a week to dispatch the speakers waited 8 weeks on a previous order before the pandemic. Customer satisfaction is now gone from Thomann.
If you need in a week buy somewhere else way too slow. Thomann needs to heed before they lose all their Irish Customers

I’ve bought from Thomann a few times over the last few years, I’ve bought brand new gear as well as gear that was classified as B-stock, including a Harley Benton Amarok and each of the times I’ve bought new and B-stock gear, it’s arrived in perfect condition. My only gripe would be the flat rate of €15 for shipping for orders under €100, which has led me to other sites for strings/straps/etc. but I have had no issues adding strings/straps/etc. to an order with a guitar. Great customer service and a great trustworthy site to buy from.

The only reason I gave 4 stars is because if your card expires before the order is complete and posted, your purchase will be cancelled. It was really my fault but a disappointing service after that.

Excellent site. Always been very good on service and delivery. Bought 2 Harley Benton guitars recently that are excellent. Great on returns too and give you repair options if needed.
