With 3 stores located throughout New Jersey, our business is the result of long-standing relationships with Thomasville Furniture and other fine furniture companies. This partnership dates back nearly six decades when our family operated the largest furniture carrier in the United States. Over time, our business evolved from distributing furniture to selling furniture.

Sofa Problems they won't fix

Bought a sofa for thousands of dollars. It is tufted on the back. A button fell off late 2019. They had service tech come out and he said they used the incorrect threading to tuft the buttons (too thin of a thread). A few months later another button popped off. They said it was now out of warranty. So we are pretty much out of luck. You literally have to take the whole back of the couch off to tuft one button! Not happy at all!!!!

Very bad experience

Very bad experience. This is first email so far I received from them. Never received any confirmation or shipping email . They wronged my order never get courtesy email. Just for pillow cover they took 2 months, all I had to do is just wait. Very bad and unprofessional and high price.

G.Patel, I have reviewed your order placed on February 26,2017 for 2 custom sofas which you received on April 5,2017. At time of delivery it was reported that the pillows received were not the pillows ordered. When we report that back to the manufacture they requested pictures showing the pillows receive to determine what when wrong during production. According to our notes this upset you and for that I am truly sorry.. we ordered 4 new pillows on April 10, 2017 and they were delivered to your home on May 12, 2017. Please accept our sincere apology for your inconvenience.

After searching extensively for a kitchen table and chairs we ended up at Thomasville. What a unique experience! Our sales consultant aided us in selecting all the components of our table and chairs. The finished product was amazing. It is a beautiful piece of furniture that transformed our kitchen.

Delivery company sucks!

The people at the store were great! Had furniture the was defective, or damaged by the delivery company brought in and setup. It was obvious that the furniture damage had been covered up with nails and a magic marker. I will not be buying anything from Thomasville in the future.

Not the quality of years ago

I refurnished my living room and dining room. Thomasville was always top price and quality. Now it is just top price. A wall picture that I ordered was delivered to the store and the frame was cracked, this happened 2 times. The quality of the wood in my dining room table and end table isn't the best. Things have changed. I have a Thomasville wall unit from 1987, amazing quality. Things aren't the same, very sad. I would imagine that is why the store that I purchased by furniture from, Route 4, Paramus, NJ is now closed.

Good chair, excellent service at store, lousy delivery scheduling.

Michelle was an excellent sales consultant. Chair that I bought is of good quality. However, delivery was outsourced to a company with poor customer service, difficult to reach, unaccommodating to my schedule, unreasonable pricing. Delivery process was more like serving the provider than serving the customer. Thomasville should look for another shipping vendor.

they did not honor their return policy

I cancelled my purchase within the 3 days allowed by law (buyer's remorse). I had not picked up my items, which were not special orders. The store would not credit back my credit card. I was forced to take the items or lose the money. I cried and cried and they finally gave me a store credit. (They didn't have a couch that I liked. I needed a new couch and I needed the money back on my credit card so that I could buy what I wanted). It was a HORRIBLE experience.

A MESS

FURNITURE WAS FINE BUT THEY OPENED UP A STORE CREDIT CARD FOR ME FOR $8000 AND THEN MAILED IT TO A HOUSE I MOVED AWAY FROM IN 1998!! I NEVER GOT A BILL OR THE CARD. THEY STARTED TO CALL ABOUT MISSED PAYMENTS, AFTER IT WAS 'FIXED' THEY WANTED TO CHARGE ME FOR MISSED PAYMENTS, A TOTAL INEPT MESS, STAY AWAY!!!!!

Not a complete order

I ordered a bar and hutch that came without the glass shelves and the end pieces! Incomplete orders makes any customer unhappy!

Sorry, but our furniture is fake

When we went to purchase our furniture at Thomasville, we were promised great quality, Italian furniture. Unfortunately, when we received our delivery, all items were marked "made in China". We paid thousands of dollars for a dining room set that we love, but we will never purchase from Thomasville since they lie about where there furniture comes from.

Bad product

I purchased my sofa almost 2 years ago and the only thing nice about it is the color. The feathers come out all day every day from both the sofa and pillows. The pillow came half empty and the buttons came the wrong color. This is an order that took about 3 months and is ridiculous to have these defects for such an expensive 2 seater. After sending an email the only response i got was to changing the buttons.
