Thorncliffe lawn mower repairs.
I have to share my experience getting my mower serviced.
It has taken nearly 2 months..
I phoned the workshop several times trying to get feed back on the repairs.
Every person I spoke to said they would check and call me back.No one ever did.
A complete shambles from start to finish
I would strongly advise to look else where.

Our very old fence panels " died"…
Our very old fence panels " died" during the recent storm and we were advised to get new ones from Thorncliffes. They were easily ordered and arrived the next day, the driver kindly carried them into our back garden. I realised that I had made an error and I needed a 6ft by 3ft. he took one of the 6ft by 4ft away and a few hours later the replacement arrived. In each case the drivers were friendly and polite.
The fence panels are superb quality and look great
