I initially left a 5-star review after receiving a very quick and friendly response from Threadheads when I asked for my order to be redirected due to a house move.

Unfortunately, despite being advised that the address change was being processed, the order was still dispatched to my old address instead of my new address. This has now created extra stress while I’m in the middle of moving.

Sarah from customer service has been polite and responsive, but the internal process clearly didn’t work as expected. I’m hoping the team can help resolve the situation with Australia Post.

I emailed Threadheads about an issue I was having with my order and they immediately responded. There was no delay in communication and my issue was resolved in an urgent and timely manner. This type of customer service is hard to come by, and I am very appreciative for how they cared for my concerns regarding my order.

Honestly, great products and even greater customer service. Love everything about this brand and the people behind it :).

My delivery was sent incorrectly due to my own mistake, so I emailed them and customer service helper Joy managed to re-direct my parcel to a different address & it arrived safe & sound. Quality is really good, printing and fabric is great & this was a lovely gift. Resolution solved by Joy really well, very greatful!

Asked about my order's progress. Answer was sent immediately within the hour. Content of the reply was helpful, friendly and adjusted to my question. I'm content. Just waiting for the items to arrive now and hoping they will be as good as the customer service :)

I ordered a shirt and received the wrong size. I reached out to customer support and they send me the wrong size again but on a lower quality t shirt. I do not recommend them, not even to my worst enemy. They bait and switched me. The first wrong size shirt felt really nice, I sent it back so they could send the correct size. After two failed attempts I have finally received my size. It was a battle but eventually they made it right. Side note: they use sena ai as customer service. If you are contacting Sarah it is not a real person. Only after days and struggle did I talk to a real person who made things better.

Customer service is on point answering quickly providing solutions and being super nice!
Super easy to make an order and edit and prices are reasonable and fair!

Haven’t gotten my order yet but ill definitely leave another review when it gets here!

The t-shirt I order for my husband is world class! I was skeptical that this might not arrive but I messaged them on Instagram & they got back to me & alleviates my fears! It did take a little while to arrive but came nonetheless! Fab t-shirt! Thanks again & 10/10 for communication!

I haven't even received my items yet but I had to give a five star. I made the rookie mistake of putting in a time sensitive order during a sale, so when my order with my boyfriend's birthday present still hadn't been packed a week after ordering i stressed. Every shirt he has is from threadheads all except his work shirts and all of a hand full of button downs, so this order just HAD to get to me on time. So in a last ditch effort, I emailed the amazing Annie at customer service and she was the biggest help. Not only should the shirts arrive on Wednesday, well beforei need them on the Friday, she was phenomenal in assisting me. I honestly can't thank her enough. There will definitely be photos to follow of one happy man by the end of the week and its all thanks to the threadheads team.

I saw these shirts that a friend made and I knew it would be the perfect gift for my dad’s birthday. The custom design options are fun and modern! I ordered some shirts and they were such a hit that we ordered more of them. The staff was really helpful and helped me create a manual invoice for the second order using the same design. The print quality is amazing!!

They say they would deliver your order within 6-12 days. It’s a lie. It’s been a month and I haven’t received anything yet. Very disappointing.
