Threadheads are a great company - always super responsive, friendly and quick. And their shirts are great quality. I love ‘em! If only all companies were like this.

Bought 2 hoodies and I think they are worth the price. Thick material, quality prints that withstand laundry and weather and unique design. Also I love trust pilot! Theres so much cool stuff advertised on social media and its a big risk, but trust pilot is the reason I buy from online markets. Anyway Threadhead is legit.

I contacted the customer support team over an issue that was truly driving me up the wall and they were nothing but kind and patient with me (shout-out to Paulo!), scrambling to get me sorted out!

Have to do a separate wash just for these tshirts because the print disintegrates even when washed as low as 30deg c! So unless you dont have grime or grease, oil etc in your other clothes that require warm-hot washing, be prepared to wash just the threadheads tees separately. Even cheap chinese prints hold up longer! The date ive chosen is the date of this review however i purchased them a few years ago but honestly they didn't even last 6 mths! Im only writting this now because i feel people need to know.

I recently ordered a custom print shirt from Threadheads and had such a great experience. The online customization tool was very easy to use and made designing my shirt simple and stress free. The print quality turned out amazing. Exactly how I hoped it would look. What really stood out was the customer service. They were super responsive, provided excellent detail in their emails and truly went above and beyond to make sure my order arrived to me. I really appreciated the extra care and attention

Horrible company. Listen to the 1-star reviews. I placed my order on Jan. 20th, and it took almost a MONTH to receive four t-shirts after the website advertised 6–12 business day delivery and stated that U.S. orders are printed and shipped from San Jose, CA. (Although there was a caveat on their website that they sometimes ship from an “international warehouse,” it was reasonable to expect domestic shipping within the advertised timeframe.)

I only discovered the package was actually shipping from Shenzhen, China after I had to contact customer service for tracking information since no shipping info was sent to me. This is particularly concerning given the new tariffs, which could have led to unexpected import fees that were never clearly disclosed at the time of purchase.

Customer service was utterly unhelpful and told me it was too late for a refund by the time I contacted them, so now I have to file a claim with my bank. I will never order from this company again.

Great customer service. They were quick to email me after a shirt I had picked was not available in the size I wanted, and they gave me plenty of options on what I could do next. They were also very quick at email replies which is wonderful.

I had sent an email to Threadheads in regard to a recent an order I had just placed. It’s been a week and I haven’t received my order so I thought I was taken advantage of. They quickly sent me an email in regard to my order and explain that the company is actually International. I was not aware of that. They explained the whole process and so I waited patiently and wouldn’t you know it that a couple of days after their email, I received my package! The way my hoodies were packaged was totally professional!! I absolutely loved it! I’m definitely going to order from Threadheads in the near future! Awesome products! Keep up the great work guys. 👍

I’m a regular buyer from Threadheads. I love the designs and quality of the Tees.
Amongst my many buys I purchased an amazing personalised Tee. The process of uploading was simple and the result was fantastic.

Had to be patient for the delivery, took 2 weeks. However, the company were good at keeping in contact & when the t-shirt arrived the quality of material & print were worth the wait. Will definitely be ordering more Looney Tunes based stuff. Keeping my fingers crossed for a Muppets theme soon

Threadheads designed 14 personalised T-Shirts of my daughter for her 20th birthday. We received the T-Shirts within a week. They looked amazing and the quality of the T-Shirts was excellent. Highly recommend The real Threadheads Team.
