Edit: After I have left a review here, a different agent from the customer service reached out to me and offered me a solution. I have received my order now.

I ordered a T-shirt on January 5th. The parcel was never delivered and was returned without any fault on my side (address was correct, I was at home).

Since then, the situation has dragged on for weeks. One customer service agent told me a replacement would be sent if the parcel didn’t arrive by the beginning of the following week — it didn’t. A later response from another agent contradicted this and said I would have to wait until the returned parcel physically arrives back with them, even though the tracking is inconsistent and still incorrectly marked as delivered.

It has now been over six weeks since I placed my order. I have neither received the item nor a replacement, despite repeated contact.

Very disappointing experience and poor coordination within customer support. I would not order again.

I sent an e mail because i was worried i got scammed by the copycat and i got a super fast response!! really happy with how fast they responded and that they could confirm that i placed my order with the original store! thank you guys!!

Got a response back in less than 10 minutes and they adjusted my sizing issue with ease. Greatly appreciate it!

Super easy to order. Custom shirt came quickly and the quality is incredibly high!! Absolutely love. I wanted to reorder the same exact shirt in a different size and they sorted it out so fast with no dramas! Great company

Awesome prints and arrived in a timely manner

I had a custom t-shirt made for my grandson and he absolutely loves it. It washes well, still looks as good as new and he wears it heaps. Great quality

This has been an awful experience. I placed an order for a personalized shirt on January 20th. I was informed the image didn’t upload so I resent the information to get it processed. Complete silence and no reply. I sent several emails asking for confirmation of the order being processed. Finally, on January 25th, I received a response saying it was shipping. On January 30th, I asked for tracking and waited for the reply. At last, 10 days after I had placed the order I was told it shipped. From the beginning of placing this order, I made it very clear it is a present and need it asap. It is now February 8th and I still do not have the order. I emailed once again, and was told it’s on its way and they have 10-13 business days to get it to me so it’s still “on track.” Again, no one seems to have customer service and recognizes the amount of time I have spent on getting this order I paid for. I asked for a supervisor to contact me asap. We will see how long I wait to hear from the supervisor. I have the entire email thread to support this review. Do not order from this company if you would like your order in a timely manner and expect consistent customer service. So disappointed.

The shirt came out wonderfully. It was a speedy shipment. When I placed the order, I accidentally forgot to put my apartment number, when contacted, they asked for my information and was very nice and helpful to making sure I was going to be able to get my package. After I gave them the correct information, it took very little time before the package was at my door!! Super helpful!! Super great!!

Always happy with the items I've purchased, they last a long time, the fabric and prints are good quality and can withstand frequent washing. My son's black tee's stay black. He's had several compliments from strangers when wearing his "pickles" shirt here in the US. I do think their kids shirts fit small/narrow so I always order up one size. They need more dog designs but overall a great company worth supporting.

I ordered some sweatshirts, that were shipped really fast. But there were problems with my order and there were no shipping updates for a long time. So I wrote a mail to the customer service.
6 minutes later, I got the most detailed and helpful answer.
This was the best experience I ever had with customer service.
The problem was resolved within a really short time, a new package was sent, and I got my ordered sweatshirts.
The quality is amazing and I'm so happy with the products.
Would definitely buy there again!

Ordered twice from here and both times had a positive experience. My parcel was stolen on the second time around and Threadheads were very quick to act and help with the Royal Mail case.
