Like everyone else who has written, this is a scam. Customer service is extremely poor, quality of the products is extremely poor, and their no hassle return policy is a lie. After sending the requested picture of the jackets I purchased (so that they could process the refund) I stopped hearing from them. Luckily, my credit card company is reversing the charges, but no one else should fall victim to this sort of scam. I should also mention that the jackets that I received smell DISGUSTING! Like, so gross that I don't even want to touch them because I don't know where they've been.
Not worth your time or money
I ordered an XL Stone Ridge coat which took a while to arrive since it shipped directly from China. When it did arrive, I tried it on and it was at least a couple sizes too small. Sent an email to them to request a return like it says on their website. My first email was on November 26th and I did not get a response until December 30th (they say they will respond in 48-72 hours) after I challenged my credit card payment to them. There's no phone number anywhere on their site so email is the only way to communicate with them and communication is poor. Even when they finally did get back to me, there is no way to return the coat. They just wanted me to email pictures of it not fitting so they can give me a refund - something which my credit card company had already done. I'll be giving the coat away. I would not recommend buying anything from this place ever.

When I got a tracking email it said it was being shipped from China. I expect now that it will be terrible. The web site said 100% guarantee and returns, I'm doubting that now. Don't waste your money

So terrible what these companies are doing. They are drop-ship brokers in the US praying on people. At first glance, you can't tell these scammers from other legitimate companies. Then you get the package of cheap quality clothes shipped directly from China with a Chinese label. You try to reach the "customer service" and nothing. WARNING!! as best you can, DO NOT buy from any of these unknown brands without doing your research. Hopefully, this will help someone else avoid being scammed like I was.

Complete scam of a company. Sent me terrible quality clothes and won't respond to emails for returns.
To make it worse, BoA shut off my credit card after purchasing from them because they're marked as a fraudulent complant.

Terrible quality and will not respond for returns. The items run small and one of the items has a hole. I have sent multiple emails and get an automated response and no follow up email or call. Very disappointed with the whole experience.
