I have ordered a few items in the past and the customer service has been excellent. The items are always priced competitively and delivery and returns are completed quickly. Any questions I have are always responded quickly. Very happy with the professional service, pricing and quality. Very trusted online retailer.

I placed an order on the 24th of November and unfortunately the jacket didn’t fit. They were kind enough to change it, even tho I got in contact with them after a month.
I will definitely buy from them again, their customer service is amazing.

Was a little apprehensive about purchasing from Thread after reading some of the reviews. But the Ted Baker Purse I had wanted for a while was cheaper than I had seen elsewhere so decided to take the plunge. I am so glad the purse was delivered in a few days and is totally genuine. It also came with a small packet of Love Hearts aaah. Thank you Thread I would definitely recommend your website.

Fantastic product at a fantastic price. Excellent communication and service. I ordered and forgot to tick next day delivery. However, after contacting them it was posted and I received my order the next day. Very pleased indeed.

Shocking service. Waited over three weeks for my parcel - decided to email them to say I want it cancelling and a day later they say it’s been shipped.
Fast forward to when I get it, the size up, of course… so I send it back and I’ve been waiting two weeks to this day to be refunded. Will be getting taken to small claims court, they have until tomorrow to reply to my emails.

Very helpful from start through to a fast and efficient delivery. Best company I have used for a long time.

I had an issue with my online order, and when I contacted them they were very helpful. Because I was worried about it I called them the next day, and I spoke to a very polite very helpful person. Everyone who I spoke to from the company were helpful and considerate, and they responded very quickly. A positive experience, and I would shop with them in the future.

I am changing my review because everything was fixed by the company. Only reason i would not buy again from this site, is the customs. I wish there were no custom taxes. Anyway, i am recommending you this site, especially if you live in the Uk.

My purchase arrived in good time, but I had ordered the wrong size. I emailed about exchanging and got a prompt response and as this is a sale item, they are holding the smaller size for me. Great personal service from a small company, I would use them again
