Great customer service
This is my second time shopping here. I am very satisfied that this shop has great after-sales service. Since they change to UPS for delivery, delivery time from the United Kingdom to the United States is generally only a few days. Thanks for Phil's help all the time. He is a conscientious and trustworthy person. It would be better if women's clothing could be added in the future. Will come back again.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. I made a purchase from Germany. Due to Brexit I experienced some challenges regarding the payment. When I contacted the customer service, specifically Phil, he immediately helped me out. The issue got solved right away. I very much appreciate his effort, that‘s how I imagine an excellent customer service to be like!

Received the wrong size item
Received the wrong size item. Returned a month ago and Threads are saying it’s never arrived. No refund given and I am £180 out of pocket. As an NHS worker during these hard times this is really left me short.
Update 03/06/2020 - Emailed asking for my phone number a month ago and no phone calls or follow up emails yet. This is absolutely AWFUL.
Update 15/06/20 - This has been resolved, my review above was regarding my own personal experience which was out of mine and Threads control, what I can say is Phil at Threads is an absolute star and a credit to this business.

All positive in my opinion
I’ve used thread many times over the past few years and ive never had any issues with returns, or the quality of the clothes.
It’s always been effortless to return items and money is quick to be reimbursed.
The clothes themselves are of good quality from named brands as well as their own MVP range.
I would be happy to recommend them to anyone
