Had a really great evening, all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Well organised throughout, and were happy to arrange any special requests we the photographers had during the event with regards to changing the lighting positions etc….

Absolutely the best aviation photography experience around! Well thought out and executed by really helpful volunteers who are happy to help you regardless of your experience or knowledge. Always a great day/night out.

The RAF Cosford Nightshoot was only just a nightshoot but the aircraft parking was perfect, Threshold must put a lot of effort and time into planning their events. Disappointed that the Eurofighter wasn’t there but there’s always another time, and we did get more aircraft to shoot instead.

I've attended many of the Threshold Aero events, each & every time their organisation just seems to get better & better, Needless to say my photographic results have immensely improved also.

The team are well organised, knowledgeable, friendly and cannot do enough to help you get the image that you want. If you have a request or need advice, just ask a member of their staff and they'll do all they can to help you achieve what you need.

There'll always be negative feedback but in the 20 or so events I've attended I've never had an issue. I would recommend them to any serious aviation enthusiast.

Wow what stunning opportunities offered. Never would I have thought I would be able to shoot aviation the was Threshold present it. No other company offers such amazing opportunities at such a reasonable price. And with such friendly and resourceful staff. Can not wait to do the next event with than. And many more after

Cosford night shoot.
Very well organised event,briefing was clear and concise, with some humour as well!
Photographers were encouraged to move around the aircraft so as to give everyone chance to get pictures ,the lighting was well set up and lit th aircraft very well. Overall an enjoyable evening.

The evening photo shoot with the Buccaneer raising and lowering it's undercarriage, giving different perspectives and cracking photo opportunities.

Great team of volunteers, creating photographic events to raise money for museums, aviation charities, Air Ambulances, etc., all over the UK.

Brize Norton nightshoot 20th January 24 , what a great bunch of friendly & helpful the team members of Threshold Aero , from pulling into the carpark to leaving , we had a great shoot , lots of stunning photos of the planes lite at night , would recommend "Threshold Aero" to anybody

A great event that was well organised and well supported by the RAF. I would encourage anyone thinking to attend one of Threshold's events to just go ahead and do it!

Most excellent events, having done plenty with Threshold, I can highly recommend a photoshoot with these guys. They take a relaxed friendly approach to organising their shoots and always willing to help you if you require it.

This lot bore the tits off me. Boring events that are run by boring individuals who are rude and unwelcoming. I have ADHD and this isn’t respected and accepted. Boring!!!

Overall these events are excellent, however a few ideas for possible improvements.

Sometimes the aircraft are parked with cluttered backgrounds, an example is the BAe Hawk at the recent Cosford shoot. Parking on the other side of the taxiway would have produced much better and cleaner shots.

The variation of shots could be improved, how about lighting some of the aircraft during sunset (higher power settings on the lights) and using taxiway lights etc. to create a different effect. I have seen images with some blue lights being positioned around the aircraft, not happened on any of the shoots I have attended.

Overall these events are very good value for money compared to some of the other offerings, and are well worth supporting to obtain a different type of image.

Please ignore any reviews given by this 'Adrian Balch', who has hacked my account and is posing as me to discredit Threshold Aero. This matter is being taken seriously and will be dealt with accordingly. I have no agenda against Threshold Aero.

SWAM St Athan, night shoot with some of the best preserved aircraft in the land. Fantastically well organised, the lighting was superb (when they say "trust us, it works" believe them!) The weather even played ball, it was worth the 10 hour round trip drive!

Very well organisted event. The team was very helpful and made sure we all had a great evening!

My wife and I attended the Navy Wings night shoot on 7th October 2021.
It was all really well organised from the parking to the briefing, the aircraft were well positioned some outside and some hangers. The hot running made for some great shots, even the weather was perfect-some briiant dusk photos.
Would highly recommend.

I attended the Photoshoot at Spanhoe Lodge on September 25th 2021 organised by Threshold.aero.
It was very well organised - there were many aircraft positioned for photographers which must have taken a lot of muscle power to assemble. The debrief beforehand showed the Threshold staff to be competent, friendly and knowledgeable. Having been to a couple of similar events organised by Threshold in the past, I would feel confident that any future events would also be well planned and actioned.

I spend yesterday afternoon and evening at Spanhoe Manor airfield while attending a very well organised event . The event team and airfield staff arranged a very relaxed and enjoyable photoshoot with plenty to see and were happy to move and arrange things where possible to any suggestion put forward . Well done to all involved

Been to two Threshold events. Cornwall Aviation and Historic Helicopters. Both well organised events and wish i could attend more. Even the rain couldn't dampen the spirit with the Helicopters.
