The kept us updated throughout the application process

Joe Kilpatrick is someone who i cannot recommend enough for new build and first time buyers mortgages. he made the process straight forward and quick, he was efficient and answered any calls or emails almost immediately, managed to get me approved in not time which helped speed the buying process considerably.

We previously used threshold when purchasing our first home and had a great experience that time as well.

We recently moved property in December following a regular mortgage ‘check in’ call with Threshold in August. They were very happy to help us work out our mortgage possibilities and moving costs to determine what we could afford. They were able to explain all the processes and options with well practiced precision which was of great help to us with our limited experience.

We proceeded to quickly purchase a property and move. Threshold continuously checked in and kept us informed of our mortgage application. Whenever we had a query we got a prompt response within an hour without fail.
