The overall process and the conversations were completely stress free and the process went through seamlessly. We reserved our new build back in February, and Jake at Threshold Mortgages has been extremely helpful and patient from the very start. He qualified us so we could reserve our home and went on to help us secure a great mortgage offer. As new builds take time and rates changed along the way, Jake was always quick to help us secure a better deal whenever we asked, he was efficient, knowledgeable, and nothing was ever too much trouble.
Melanie, our case handler, was also fantastic, patient, supportive, and always happy to help. As first-time buyers, we definitely had a lot of questions, but Melanie was always understanding and took the time to explain everything clearly. She kept in close contact with us and our lender throughout, making sure the whole process stayed on track for completion.
We’re so grateful for all the help from Jake and Melanie. They were both patient, professional, and extremely helpful throughout the whole process.
We’ll definitely be using them again in the future. Thank you for making everything so smooth and stress-free!
