Over priced for a little device for your arm, would go with other companies, just do the finger prick and save your money.

Used Thriva for over 5 years, 4 tests a year. The service is great, the kit to draw blood is also great, no complaints. I cannot comment on the accuracy of the results, but I always assumed they were accurate despite being told otherwise. My review is mainly about the actual insights they give you, for certain results they repeated the exact same diagnosis and recommendations for years, they never gave next steps for further investigations or actions that could help and to reassessed with next tests. So if you are comfortable with your own knowledge, that's fine, but don't expect more. Also, they are not cheap, but there was no alternative, luckily now there are more options worth trying.

Completely brill. I had a few probs with the autodraw; turned out they were all my misreading of instructions! Duh! They dealt with me with infinite patience and understanding. Got a great result in the end. Grateful!

The extraction of the blood sample is totally painless and so easy. No painful finger pricks - the shoulder vacuum extraction method just works effortlessly. Sample sent on Monday and results emailed on Wednesday with very helpful Doctor narrative where it mattered. Really excellent overall.

The test kit has to be one of the easiest ways to take a blood sample. It comes with full instructions and everything needed to send your blood sample away for testing. Results were ready in about a week. The results are reviewed by a health professional with observations and recommendations. There is also an online portal where you can advise the health professional of any existing health conditions and what you would like the tests to focus on. This makes test selection much easier. I have a blood test every 3 months to ensure I'm keeping things on track.

Great experience, test came quickly, it didnt work the first time and they sent another test pack out straight away.
Second time it worked, I hydrated more and warmed the arm more on this try.
Fast results within 3 days and very happy with the whole service.
Will use again in 3 month to compare results after lifestyle changes.

Really impressed with the quality of the service and kit. Super easy to do. Taking blood was painless and results came back really quick.

Great customer service. Despite an issue with labelling my sample, Holly from the customer team at Thriva proactively reached out to sort out the issue and made sure my sample did not go to waste. The turn around by the lab was also very quick from the point the issue was resolved.

Quick delivery. Good instructions. Fast results . Well explained results. Could be more clear that if you take creatine you need two weeks off it before taking test and no vigorous exercise for a couple of days before. Make sure you are very well hydrated too. Would give 5 stars but a little pricey.
