I've tried other blood tests and this has by far been the easiest to take. I experienced no pain (vs previous tests when I had to prick my finger) and was completed much faster than expected. Te... See more

Super quick and the new way of taking blood from arm is so much better than the finger. Sent results on Weds and got them on Thurs

The staff are really helpful and responsive to any queries. I am really happy with the level of detail in the report.
Easy way to monitor health, straight forward process. Prompt results with supporting report.
I’ve been using THRIVA to monitor aspects of my health for a while now. The auto draw device is a great improvement on the usual finger prick collection.
Collection process is straightforward and pre-printed labels make the packing and posting of the sample easy.
Results are prompt and supportive report from dr helps give context to individual results.
Good to have control of the selection package to swap tests and option to pause the renewal.
The auto draw device failed
The auto draw device failed to fill the second sample tube. I returned the one filled sample tube so Thriva refused to send me another test kit, only offering a refund on the failed HbA1c test, despite me asking for another kit. Without the results of this test I am unable to fully reconcile some of the other test results.
I did not get what I paid for & speaking to others that have had the same problem with the auto draw this seems to be an issue, your blood clots and the draw stops after around 10 mins, this means you can't supply the second sample.
I will not be using them again.

The best when it comes to blood test at home
When it comes to blood test at home, I don’t think there is anyone better than Thriva! The device they use to draw blood is simply amazing and easy to use and pain less. On top of the reporting, postage and basically the time it takes for the whole process is really quick like results within 4-5 working days from sample collection box shipped to you.
Brilliant for people like me!
I’ve been having dizziness and palpitations but the doctor wants loads of bloods and I’m pretty sure it’s an iron deficiency. I even went to A&E and first thing was bloods so I walked out. I’m trying this first and if I can’t find a cause myself then I will have to go down the route of bloods from the doctor but I think I’m going to have to feel a whole lot worse before I’m brave enough! The tube filed in minutes. A tip is to really press the button hard.
Great company
I've been using Thriva on and off since 2016.
Always been very impressed with there service.
My latest test March 26, had a couple of instances to get in touch with their support. Couldn't have wished for a better experience.
Highly recommended!
Blood tests
Process is simple and results are quick. I really like the summary from the doctor about next steps, things I need to do to improve my health.
Surprisingly forgiving re: something that was not their problem.
I bought a test kit for well over £100, and almost immediately had a personal issue meaning I needed to ask for a refund. The team at Thriva would have been within their rights to say no to me, because my refund was not for any fault in their business - it was on me. I received a lovely supportive email back from Holly to say, we can definitely do that, less £15 for the costs of the kit itself (which had arrived quite fast), if I could supply my postcode, etc, just to be sure they had the right account. I then forgot to reply for 6 weeks. Again, that’s entirely on me. I sent an email this morning apologising and offering the information, got one back not an hour later, and Thriva are honouring the refund. They didn’t have to be that decent with me, the issue is all from my side - but they were, and I feel it’s only fair to give them their credit where it’s due.
Excellent service
Sent 3 tests away on Monday at 3.45pm and had one of their results back 25 hours later! Drawing the blood can be hit or miss but perseverance is the key. Always an excellent service. Great communication. Easy to understand results. Can highly recommend.

I wanted to order several tests to do a comprehensive health check.. There was so much faffing around trying to figure out what I could order within the restraints of the sample bottles. I specifically chose Thriva because of the reviews and the autodraw device. Going to get blood drawn simply isn't convenient for me and I don't want to have someone come to my house either. The website was so difficult to use, I had to order each test separately instead of being able to add them all to the basket at once. I even had to Google some of the tests to find the Thriva page with them listed, it's like none of it is linked together, deliberately. Secondly, when you want to order multiple tests at once, you can't do it, you have to mess about doing a 'subscription', then pause it, then change all the tests and then re-start the subscription, then cancel it. Total mess around. Again, I think this is deliberately to confuse people and trick them into keeping a subscription they don't want. Then once you have managed to do that, there is no place on the website which shows easily what tests were part of each subscription and what the results were. It's such a pain, and very expensive..I wanted to do this as perhaps a 6 month or 12 month thing, but I'm reconsidering now!
