Prompt response
Whenever I have needed to contact Thrive the response has been more or less immediate - very impressive. My cat loves the chicken treats and I only have one criticism. When one gets to halfway through the tin, the chunks become very small and there is a lot of powder rather than large pieces, which is a bit disappointing. Other than that I cannot fault either the product or the company.

Our cat really enjoys the chicken treats, though the tins of chicken and the beef went untouched. She just didn’t like them, which is a shame.
I would have liked to given her good food out of a tin instead of plastic pouches.

Very speedy delivery. It’s great to know that there is only white fish in these treats and my Ragdoll (who has many dietary issues) loves them.

Great food for cats
Have been feeding Thrive for several years, it is one of the best foods on the market and both my cats, one of whom is very picky, love it. Ordering is easy and cheaper buying in bulk. Also the delivery service is very good.

Great quality cat food
Although I've had cats for more than 40 I hadn't come across Thrive before. It was recommended to me by the breeder of a kitten I recently adopted. The kitten loved it and so do my adult cats and its high quality nutritious food. My cats all free feed on kibble but I will definitely be feeding thrive daily in addition from now on

Liver treats
First time of ordering on this site.my pup enjoyed the Liver treats at vets when she had her jabs as the vet had rum out and was waiting order to come in they said i could order on line so I did.She is very fussy pup but seems to be enjoying these treats.

It is fabulous to be able to source this product reliably, even if the price is on the high side. I would say though that delivery times are slow, especially compared to the costs of those deliveries on top of the product. Otherwise I would have rated this 4 stars, but the 5th would then depend on the basic price falling by a couple of pounds.
