Made reservations on line. Quickly received an email confirming my flights. They had a problem with one leg of my flight as they had an issue with my credit card. Easy to call spoke to the person and they resolved the issue. Good customer service.

Flight was booked for wrong date

Initially, the flight was booked for wrong date, Booking process was confusing. I have never had this issue before. However the support team worked with me to get it fixed. It cost more but date was changed and the support team was very helpful.

My ticket was issued almost instantaneously, which is quite nice for a third party intermediary. Would highly recommend TrustPilot as a booking source for your next trip.

Outstanding customer support in a time crunch

I had to book an emergency flight home from overseas. I encountered an issue with the payment process and called customer support right away, as the flight was scheduled to leave within 24 hours. The payment process issues (no fault of thrive, bank side issue) caused the initially booked flight slot to fill-Thrive was still able to get me book on another flight, the same day near the same time. And at the same price. I couldn’t have asked for better customer service, the representative I spoke with was Michael Boyd. Huge thank you to Thrive, and Micheal for stepping up and quickly resolving the issue. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
