I wouldn’t use this company
I wouldn’t use this company, I booked a flight, willing to pay the posted price, because of my age the website made me book as a senior, at a lower price, a few hours later I received an email saying there were no tickets available for the flight at the price, I was willing to pay their full asking price. I then booked for a different flight, received the confirmation and again received an email saying they couldn’t book the flight for a different reason. I wasted a day with them. I would never recommend this company. I am now travelling by train.

My flight leaves in 10 hours and…
My flight leaves in 10 hours and absolutely no response from them. I have been calling every hour and same response by frontline agents. Asked for manager but not letting me connect to a manager. Last time Michael Boyd took personal interest and got ticket issued and that is why I booked with them again. I am still very hopeful they will resolve the issue ASAP. Still it is a terrible experience . They finally came back after several and said the price is not available. This is the second time it is happening in a week. Very fraudulent and misleading approach. Two out of three times they lied. One time they gave the ticket just one hour before flight departure but I gave five because of one person. Over all a stay away company. Very sad way to make money by exploiting people’s time and resources
