Account closed whilst still money on it.
Service is very poor and it takes them forever to respond.
Billed me wrongly 90 euros for an inactive account and after complaint refunded me without an reply or explination: very poor communications.
Very poor client portal, not intuitive.
Not being able to redraw my money.
Very, very unsatisfying experience with Thunder Markets and the trouble and inconvenience is not worth the low spread it offers.
I have tried several brokers, always starting with a small account (€1000), testing before depositing larger amounts and Thunder Markets is by far the worst and I would not recommend them.

Software not working correctly, Withdraw not working, Support takes ages...

I work with different brokers and Thunder Markets is also one of the brokers i really like. They are very trustful. The people behind the broker are very trustful and friendly. Very good Liquidity Providers too. Im happy i came across this broker.

It's a shame that you can't trade crypto, but otherwise everything fits.

Excelent service! Account verification was really fast and easy for me as a beginner in trading. Also, support team helped me with verification steps, and made it easier.

Very very good broker with excellent and friendly support.
Had some problems with the verification of my account and i was busy with other things.
After 1 week the support called me on my phone and asked if there are any problems and helped me with the verification.

Since i'm trading with my account there, i never had any issues or something else.
