Very happy with the t shirts
Very happy with the t shirts. Good quality!
Shipping time was way longer then described and I was not informed on this. I was a little bit worried if I would receive it in time.
Luckily it arrived after 3,5 weeks. Would be good to be clear on this on your website or make sure customers are informed when it takes longer.
Still I would definetley order here again as the designs and quality are great !:)

Nice Shirts but awful shipping. After weeks of waiting for the shipping confirmation I contacted the support. „Delay because of a system issue.“ Ok, my order was within Christmas holiday but it needed another Email of mine after another four weeks before I received the info that my order had left the warehouse. A lot of customers mention similar problems…

Good and bad
Really nice looking product, but delivery time was looong and sizes are small (being aimed at people lifting weights, a smalled sized XL is not enough)

Even one star is too much for this company.
In November I ordered a sweatshirt, which is never deliverd. On January 8 Thundernoise cancelled the order (not by my request). Unfortunately I never received the refund. They completely ignore me as they never reply to my emails asking for the refund.
For them this is easily gained money, but in fact it is theft.

No goods received
Placed an order on 7th January.
Estimated delivery 5-7 days
21st January chased via email for an eta. Still had no response & have mailed again.
No way of getting in touch for a delivery date or refund.

Cancelled an order with no reason provided
I saw a t-shirt on an instagram ad that I liked so went on their site and saw a few options priced at 0€. I only ordered 1 as I assumed it was some sort of promo and didn’t want to be selfish. I paid for the postage and had the order confirmed. 3 days later they cancelled the order with no justification. I went to their T&Cs and this isn’t a serious company. To summarise, they can cancel any order they want to and not have to provide any information to the customer. The rest of the T&Cs are a farce and show that they can do whatever they want and it is never their responsibility. Really poor culture

Still have not received my order. The shirt has not cleared customs in Australia and was ordered more than a month ago. You need to have a warning on your website that international shipping could take well over a month.
