Just shipping could be faster.

Do not order here, i am really sad to write a review like this. I am a Big supporter of small business and don't usually receive anywhere near such bad service - mistakes happen, delays happen, but when your customer contacts you about these things,
You cannot simply ignore them!! Ordered weeks before Christmas 2 shirts as presents for 2 different people. A couple of weeks later I receive an email saying one of the items is out of stock and if I want to I can a) wait for it to return and ship both items for delivery after Christmas, b) cancel the out of stock item and receive my other in time for Christmas c) cancel full order. I decided to cancel the one shirt so that i could atleast have the other in time for Christmas and bought something else in place of the out of stock shirt.
The next communication came weeks later, I receive a notification that I had been refunded 1 item from my order -THE WRONG TSHIRT! I had by now accepted the fact that neither item had arrived on time but contacted them immediately to point out their latest mistake, to which i received no reply other than a shipping notification a few days later.

So in summary, i received nothing before Christmas, so told one brother his gift was just running late, but now i have a shirt that will not fit him and I do not want.
I have emailed about this, very reasonably asking for a full refund (ofcourse offering to return the item), or the shirt i was actually expecting. I have been ignored. Very sad

I ordered 4 shirts in November. I still have yet to receive them 2 months later

I ordered a T-shirt to be delivered to South Africa. It has been over 6 weeks and my order still hasn't arrived.

When checking the tracking number it just says "delivery awaiting collection". I have tried contacting Thundernoise customer support for help and only received an email reply many days later stating:

"Due to the customs situation, the update and delivery may take a few days. If it was not updated or delivered during next week, please write to us so we can help you. We apologise for any inconvenience caused."

A week later there was no update on the tracking website and I once again emailed Thundernoise customer support for help, however I have not received any further response from them. I have asked to be refunded, but seem to have been ghosted by them.

If you are ordering from Thundernoise I do not recommend ordering if you live outside of Europe as it is highly unlikely that you will receive your order.

Worst customer service I placed an order on 11/27 as a Christmas gift only to get an email on 12/13 that there was an issue with my order and will not be deliver before 12/25 and I had an option to cancel which I did but then I received an email on 12/16 that an incident report had been op e and investigation was ongoing follow by another email on 12/20 that it shipped and will be deliver soon I replied to all E-mails that I had canceled and needed full refund, never got a response I received the package on 12/30 and email them again that I wanted to send it back for full refund and no response to 4 of my emails

Still waiting 6 weeks on!!! Zero response after contacting several times. Scam artists.

Lift Heavy Run Fast - Hoodie

It’s been nearly 3 months and I haven’t received my items. I’ve tried contacting someone about a refund and no response. I will be contacting my credit card company now.

I placed an order 1.5 months ago, but unfortunately, I still haven’t received anything. I’ve tried contacting Thundernoise several times via Instagram and email, but I haven’t received a response. Hopefully, this message will help. The order number is 52660."

The gift card never arrived, and no refund either, because thundernoise refused to accept that it didn’t arrive

I have emailed the company 3 times about my order placed on the 17th December (said 5-7 days delivery on their site). Still not received and no response whatsoever from the company to my emails.

Love the hoodie, when it eventually arrived. Delivery took weeks. The hoodie ended up going on sale during the time I was waiting for my order to come which was rather frustrating.

The products were amazing. However, sending products to the USA takes about a month. I was not aware of this.

Do not buy from this site!! Ordered over 1 month ago. Still havent recieved anything..

Do NOT buy here. I have the worst experience. I placed my order almost a month ago and haven’t received anything. No items and no refund. They do not give any information regarding the order or any response to multiple emails I have sent.

Nice products but let down on the shipping, and disorganised communication about what will happen. Why did I receive communications to check if I want part of my order when all I ordered was one thing?
