2 months of waiting (order placed 20 October) lost package, supposedly re-sent order but no confirmations- after another 2 weeks question if partial order can be sent- after checking- some items don't even match to what I first ordered. Please give me money back as I requested in previous email and disappear from my life forever. Too bad cuz the t-shirts are really nice, but everything around them sucks. For comparison- waited just 1 week for an item from Canada with another company (with delays caused by customs).

As others have said, their products are fab, but their shipping and more importantly the communication around it is awful. My items ordered many weeks ago haven’t arrived. I’ve chased them twice, only to find out today that at least part of my order won’t arrive in time for Christmas after all. No apology - just an email with a link to a survey giving me my ‘options’ which are basically to keep waiting or get a refund. So disappointing. When you take customer’s money, you really should keep them informed about what’s happening with their order.

Despite the great designs, customer service is not coordinated right. I try for weeks to contact them for a size change, within their policy's time and I have yet to have a response. I tried contacting them on their social media also. Still no response.

Fast delivery and good amount of options

I love your shirts and bought from you several times. But my last order never artived. Nobody could help me.... luckily I was informed yesterday that my money had been transferred back...

My order is very late and I have no idea or prediction of when it will arrive because they do not respond. I will have to travel and I will not be able to pick up my shirts, money thrown away, do not buy from this brand.

My order hasn't arrived yet. My order is from 28th october.
Contact with the customer center was nice, they tried hard, but unfortunately the problem has still not been solved.

Everything was great and worth the wait.

Love the shirt, it's fantastic. The one thing I did not realize is the company is in France so delivery took a lot longer than I expected. I'm not upset about the long delivery process, but I should have looked a little better at where it was coming from so I wasn't anticipating a short delivery time.

I ordered the 'LIFT HEAVY RUN FAST' training vest which took 3 1/2 weeks to arrive, although the shipping time stated was 5-7 working days. I always had to chase for an update on the status of the delivery but wasn't given definitive answers which was very frustrating. Now I have my vest I am a bit disappointed in the material and can tell that the print will not take long to peel. Cheaply made and not worth the money. I did get my £6 delivery charge back which was the only positive really. Underwhelmed!!!

Ordered and 2 weeks later still no product - no word from them until I chased and was told they were having “problems with their factory” I wouldn’t order from here again!

A company that does not respect itself for the sake of respecting theres customers and customers' money.
After everyone knew them and ordered their clothes, their biggest concern became collecting money, not having their own customers. I bought from them three times and this time I did not receive the order and my emails were not answered from anyone. The automated response,
now i see that Ihave to accept that they stole my money.!
If you do not know how your products are sent outside your country, do not tell people that you have this option poor company

I like the branding and T-shirts. But the communication regarding order and shipment could be a lot better. Often mistakes where made and I didn’t receive an email about this.. also I ordered something in november and still haven't received my order. Today I received an email that they refunded my money without any message upfront, while I still wanted my order. Looks to me that this is just an easy way to get the problem out of the way...

I was a big fan but I won't order here again.

Easy transaction, international delivery was longer than normal but the company assisted whenever I contacted them. Very pleasant. The product was worth the wait, I just love it
