Paid xtra for next day delivery not Globals fault but the delivery arrived late after failing to start with not globals fault.
Phoned Global helpfull staff member gave me the telephone number of delivery firm it was then sorted
However the driver was not a happy to find he had to return to fulfill the obligation

Not satisfied about Customer care. You cannot send DYSON V8 such expensive to Italy with the UK charger for instance, obliging the customer to make additional spending.

I asked to issue invoice with my VAT code and I send it at the order phase, the invoice arrived without it, asked to customer service and the simple answer was "we cannot".

Was told item in stock and would be dispatched immediately but after two telephone calls to the company it was dispatched on the fourth day. Order acceptance email stated we would receive a tracking number when the parcel had been dispatched, this did not happen and with most companies this does happen automatically! Bearing in mind the order was being sent to France and being able to track our parcel is important to us. I telephoned the company this morning to tell them that we still had not received the tracking details but no apology was given. He looked into the matter and told me that the order should be delivered today, which proved to be the case. Had I not telephoned today we may have been out when the delivery was made causing more problems of arranging another time for delivery.

Excellent pricing on the Dyson hot and cool fan. Very reasonable delivery charge. Ordered Friday, delivered Monday. Good communication by email. Very efficient.

Does not reply to emails. Asked some questions about shppingdate etc. Until today no answer. Gladly I was at home when the parcel arrived. Well, if the price is unbeatable you have to live with some frictions.

Ordered one from another online shop, got it two days later !

Had a small issue with delivery time due to a supplier issue, but I have to commend Global GPS on how well they handled it, keeping me informed at all stages and personally calling me to do so. Nice to speak to a real person at the other end!
Have now received the Dyson vacuum and very happy with it. The price was also the lowest for this model I was able to find anywhere.
Will definitely shop with these guys again!

It has been a week and still not received my item that said 1-3 days to process, I appreciate it's Christmas but not even a confirmation email to say it's been handled or dispatched

No problems efficient reliable would recommend this company to all friends.
