I have purchased various materials and also many samples from this excellent firm. Items arrive quickly, they are well packed and labelled, with an accompanying letter stating what is enclosed.
The samples are cheap and an a very good size, and the service overall is excellent. I highly recommend this family-run firm.

I must say l brought emerald green power mesh and it's so soft and thick beautiful. I did have a problem as the lycra didn't match called them up pryer sorted efficiently. Thank you

Absolutely fantastic service always fast response to emails! Some were out of stock received a email as soon as in stock again! Selection of colours and material is outstanding! I buy the fleece off cuts for dog toys such amazing quality! Always well packaged . Have used multiple times also recommend to all I know and least two friends don’t shop anywhere else!

I have bought two pieces of fabric from Tia, and apart from the high quality of the fabric and the good delivery time, what stuck out to me most is how kind and helpful she was. Ordered from this company few times and I can definitely say they are one of the best! Very fast dispatch times and being an international buyer I surprisingly received my order very quick! We ordered over 100 GBP of fabric on 31 Jan 2023, online from Australia. Roughly 60 GBP shipping. Order # WEB185487.

Emailed them on the same day, that the captured address displayed incorrectly. (This was corrected when later cheking on the order, so they DID receive my email, but they never replied or confirmed.)

Waited and waited almost 6 weeks.
Then emailed them by replying to the same email which I knew they received earlier. They never replied. Email sent Sun, Mar 10, 10:37 AM Brisbane time.

Waited and waited another 4 weeks...
Phoned them, and they claimed that they sent two email requests for extra info related to customs, etc. (NOT asked during the online order)!

Also, it seemed they misread a j in my email address for an i as the email address was underlined as a link?? OK, give them the benefit of the doubt...
I do receive the first email from them Apr 10, 2024, 7:24 PM Brisbane time, and I furnish them with the needed info / declaration (which was NOT asked during the online order)!

But they don't reply to my email, just send out a tracking email, Wed, Apr 10, 11:33 PM Brisbane time, from CIVANI Ltd saying "Your order has been dispatched"! WOW, that was quick, I thought... (The lady said over the phone that they would send the fabric immediately upon receiving the extra info.)

So I waited and waited another 3 weeks...
Followed the tracking link, and to my disappointment, the parcel was only REALLY sent TWO WEEKS LATER...
Tried to paste screenshot, but seems only text allowed:

10 Apr 2024 14:31 Civani Limited We've received your order details, but have not yet received your parcel

Bottom Line: Very poor admin; very poor communication; lies/misrepresentation; 4 months has lapsed and I have NOT received my 100 GBP of fabric yet!

Tia Knight Fabrics: Don't sell internationally if you cannot handle the admin and you cannot seem to fulfill the order! Don't lie to your customers: "Your order has been dispatched" You are doing much damage to your reputation.

I've recently ordered a leatherette PVC to make a figure skating dress and matched it with beige mesh, unfortunately the mesh has dyed black under the arm pits. I have contacted Tia Knight fabrics and they replied telling me I should google it. Absolutely shocked, the dress is ruined and they have not helped at all, even though it's due to their material dying other fabrics 'they wouldn't know anything about it?'

Another quick delivery of lovely quality fleece arrived today . Pretty colours . Thankyou Tia Knight .

Tia Knight very kindly donated some lovely fabric to me to continue making wiggly bags, ng tubie pouches and beads of courage bags for children who are having chemotherapy treatment, these bags are then sent to a variety of hospitals for the children. I am extremely grateful for their help, kindness and generosity and will be forever grateful.
