Excellent Service and Professional Support from Ticketbox.mu

Despite some initial challenges with my booking, Ticketbox.mu handled my case with professionalism and care. Anuradha followed up personally until the matter was fully resolved, and Mr. Chundun was very professional and helpful during the booking process. I am happy with the outcome and will definitely use Ticketbox.mu again in the future, and recommend their services to others.

Marketing mirage

Though it is said in the email that i have received 3% off on first stay booking, and discount code is FIRSTLOVE, I did not benefit from same.

When I did the booking, it was written 145 reward points but in the booking confirmation, it's zero points.

A bit disappointed.

I was assisted by Reshma, she was polite and listened and attended my queries very quickly. She was proactive in her way of responding and I will not hesitate to use tocketbox.mu again. Keep it up.

Excellent customer service…

I had an excellent customer service experience from the ticketbox team specially Mr Chundun. He was very prompt and proactive in helping with the reservations. The technical / app experience needs some work, but the team more than makes up for it.

Excellent service from Ticketbox.mu

We booked the Sonu Nigam concert and a Hotel stay. Both booking procedures went very smoothly and the team at Ticketbox were very proactive.

For the Hotel stay, after booking via the website, I was contacted by Nushraat who explained everything very clearly and the booking confirmation came within less than 15 minutes.

Overall a great experience with Ticketbox!

Great service

This was my first time using the platform, so I wasn’t sure what to expect — but I was really impressed. The team stayed in touch throughout the whole process, which made everything feel smooth and easy. On top of that, the deals were great. I’ll definitely be coming back!
