Had a problem at the hotel

Had a problem at the hotel for the day package that I booked for 3 persons. I was using a voucher. Did not have a document from ticket box only the voucher. It was embarrassing, but Mr Chundun from ticket box sorted out the confusion immediately and my friends and I went on to have a fabulous day. Thank you Mr Chundun

Ticketbox - Shoutout to Mr. Chundun!

The booking process with Ticketbox is always smooth and user-friendly. Even when contacting them via phone/WhatsApp, they are always available and ready to help. Heads up to Mr. Chundun for assisting me with my questions and doubts. He was able to find me a great deal within 5 minutes and recommend me the best place. A big THANK YOU to him!

I have previously used Ticketbox to buy concert tickets. I love their personal approach towards all customers. They always help us find our seats ‘with the biggest heartwarming smile’! And after the concert, they also ask for our feedback. And we always joke around saying, we need more of these well-organised concerts!

Very nice staff (Reshma) for handling my booking.
Went through other service providers they were not able to offer me the room type I wanted.
