I purchased a Pantheon ticket through TicketGoTourism because the website appeared to be an official ticket provider. Only afterwards did I notice, in very small print, that they are actually a reseller.
I paid €14 for a ticket that costs €7 on the official website. I understand that resellers charge a commission, but charging 100% above the official price for the exact same ticket is excessive and, in my opinion, highly misleading when the reseller status is not prominently disclosed.
What is even more concerning is the large number of similar complaints from other customers who seem to have had the same experience. The company’s responses also appear to be generic templates rather than genuine attempts to address the underlying issue.
If you believe you were misled in a similar way, I encourage you to document everything: take screenshots of the purchase process, the displayed price, the reseller disclosure, and the official ticket price. Consider filing complaints with consumer protection authorities and consumer rights organizations in your country and within the EU. The more people report these practices, the more likely regulators are to examine whether customers are being given clear and transparent information before purchasing.
Consumers deserve to know exactly who they are buying from and why they are paying significantly more than the official ticket price. I would strongly recommend checking official ticket sources before purchasing anything through this website.

Paid 90 EUR for 50 EUR tickets. They tricked me with a website that looks very much the same as the official Uffizi museum site. They mention it are service fees, but 40 EUR on a 50 EUR tickets seems a bit over the top. Try and steer away from this site.

Easy to purchase tickets with lots of times available. Went to the 10am session and the line to get in was not busy and easy. By 11am though the line was very long so go early or later in the evening!

Had a great day going around the sights in Pisa. The Leaning Tower is absolutely breathtaking and the marble stairs (if you’re climbing to the top) can be slippery so be careful. The Baptistry and the Cathedral also worth a visit.

Very disappointing experience. The website gives the impression that it is an official ticket website, but after purchasing I realized they are only an intermediary.
The price was around twice as high as the official ticket price, which means they added an extremely high margin. In my opinion, this is misleading and unfair to customers.
When I contacted them and requested a refund, they refused and said they do not process refunds. I find this practice very questionable, especially when the website presentation can easily make customers believe they are buying from the official source.
I would strongly advise others to check the official website first before buying here. I will also consider reporting this to the relevant EU consumer protection authorities.

This is the worst company to buy…
This is the worst company to buy tickets from. They literally scam us. We traveled to Paris and wanted to go to the Marseille palace, unfortunately it was the wrong date. We tried to change the date and or get a refund and they declined our request. We spend over 200 Euros and they still did not care and declined to give our money back or change the date. Don't even buy from this company they are a total scam. Very disappointed and frustrated
