no refund for a canceled concert. ingen refusion for en aflyst koncert

Paid for 3 tickets for the concert in on 13th November and went to Denmark from England. The concert got cancelled at short notice. I found out through my friend then had to search it up myself online to find out because we didn’t even get notified. I have been trying to get a refund and contact ticketmaster ever since with no luck. They said I can only get a refund once new dates have been announced and they will then give me the option to apply for a refund. No new date has been announced so ticketmaster has been holding my money since November. Not sure how they can get away with this. It’s been such a nightmare. Very disappointing that I have paid for 3 tickets for a concert that was ‘postponed’ with no new date even after 3 months. I just want my money back at this point. Customer service is terrible with minimal contact.

Betalte for 3 billetter til koncerten den 13. november og tog til Danmark fra England. Koncerten blev aflyst med kort varsel. Jeg fandt ud af det gennem min ven, og så måtte jeg selv søge efter det online for at finde ud af det, fordi vi ikke engang fik besked. Jeg har forsøgt at få en refusion og kontakte ticketmaster lige siden uden held. De sagde, at jeg kun kan få refusion, når nye datoer er blevet annonceret, og de vil derefter give mig mulighed for at ansøge om refusion. Ingen ny dato er blevet annonceret, så ticketmaster har holdt mine penge siden november. Ikke sikker på, hvordan de kan slippe af sted med dette. Det har været sådan et mareridt. Meget skuffende, at jeg har betalt for 3 billetter til en koncert, der blev ’udskudt’ uden ny dato selv efter 3 måneder. Jeg vil bare have mine penge tilbage på dette tidspunkt. Kundeservice er forfærdelig med minimal kontakt.

Refund

I appreciate the very quick response that I got from the office of Ticketmaster and their obvious will to help (Jobson is the one who helped). I made the mistake of buying tickets to an event in the wrong city and it was corrected without hesitation.

Charged twice for tickets

Charged twice for tickets. First attempt payment processing was successful, but I didn't got my tickets (the payment redirect didn't work).
So I book again, all works this time. I contact support for refund of the failed tickets. 30mim later I received the original failed tickets. Got no reply back from the costumer "service" . Thankfully the event allowed to resale the tickets, but I am yet waiting to receive the payment.
No wonder Ticketmaster gets so much social hate, it is with reason.

The place where venue was held was…

The place where venue was held was aweful! The seats, badly planned!! I heard that the could not do all the special affects in the show because it was hells in a sport arena. I think the tickets were overpriced as well.

Resale option

As I wasnt able to attend a venue, I used Ticketmaster's resale option to sell my long time bought tickets. After one day, I got feedback that they were sold and I started received Ticketmaster's email to confirm my bank details which I did. From that point I keep receiving the same email over and over to update my details, for which I already tried to contact them to understand what they are finding missing without any success...conclusion, still waiting for my money.

Got to wait 45 min between the warm up…

Got to wait 45 min between the warm up band and Simply Red coming in! No info announced about the delay from the organisers either! For us who came in earlier (following the guildelines) we got to wait 2:30 hours in total to see the main event! If the delay was planned, Ticketmaster must inform/share the detailed plan of each event before the show.
