It's the second time that they charged me money when paying via MobilePay and I didn't get any tickets. Please fix this!!

Would give 0 stars if possible.
We're from Belgium and are traveling in 4 days to Copenhagen for a concert. We bought Collector Tickets and to this moment we still haven't received them. When I contact the customer service they say they have been shipped over a month ago!!!! I ask for a tracking number or proof of shipping and they don't have it. When I want my e-tickets, I have to pay AGAIN for MY tickets!!! They're literally scamming people so please, for your own good, do NOT buy Collector Ticket, no matter how much you want them. They all put it in you shoes and they just couldn't care less. All they want from you is your money, extra money en no work to reply to your mails. They stopped responding to me (and I wrote over 6 mails in less than 24 hours) since I told them they never shipped it. Oh, and please watch other reviews, TONS of people didn't receive their tickets as well. Says enough about how they work to earn more money. Scam? I'm filing a complaint against them. -000000/10

Showet blev fint opført men musikken var for skinger

Unfortunately, Train is not a super great venue. The sound for Dark Funeral was terribly bad as we barely hear the guitars and the vocal was also very light. There was also a lot of technical issues during the Cannibal Corpse set having them to wait a few minutes between almost every songs. Sounds was a bit better however. Bands played great at least.

It took so long that he came out. The DJ was extremely repetitive and the sounds was very off when GIMS was on the stage. His voice was very quiet in comparison to the music.

Much improved ticket and coat check in from last time I went to the ATB event (about a month ago)! It went very smooth and fast, and there was enough space for coats. Also you didn't need to stand in line 2x, once for the ticket check and once for the coat check in.

Loved that reusable cups were used. Bathrooms were clean with enough toilet paper.

Outside it was quite muddy though, when standing in the queue.

Overall a great experience!

Smooth to enter the arena no lines, no crowds at the bars, and good enough sound, we had seats quite high up and couldn’t really feel the base. But overall very nice
