I was deceived into believing that the refund of a flight ticket will be possible. "tech support agent" told me that the refund will be possible, so I bought another ticket. After submitting refund request, after a day or two it was denied. So I end up with two flight tickets.
This service company let their customers pay for their own mistakes.

It wasn’t the first time when we bought tickets from this seller. I also ordered and paid for check-in to our flights. But this company didn’t do that for us. When I asked about that, the answer was: you can try to do that by yourself and we’ll send you these several euros back to you. And it was the same for all our flights (3). They can not afford check-in service. A year ago the same situation happened to my friends.

I booked a ticket with LOT and successfully paid for it. A day later, I received an email stating, "We are sorry to inform you that we do not have the possibility to issue the original flight. In order to resolve this matter, we suggest you an alternative without any additional payment." Essentially, the price of my original ticket had increased, and they offered me alternative flights instead.
I contacted customer support to inquire about the original flight, which was still available but at a higher price. They assured me they would follow up, but they never did. Instead, they canceled my booking without providing a resolution. When I reached out again, the ticket prices for my original flight had risen from the original €211 to over €450, plus additional costs.
This experience highlights the issues with dynamic pricing and the lack of accountability in resolving such matters. Be prepared to either have a backup plan or pay significantly more for your ticket if this happens to you. Unfortunately, I can only give 1 star for the poor handling of this situation and the absence of a satisfactory solution.

All good, I bought direct flight from Vilnius to Oslo. Price was cheaper then from Norvegian airways.

Our flight got cancelled on Wednesday and altough we accepted the alternative flights as soon as we got the email, it is Saturday now and our flight is supposed to be tommorow we still havent received our tickets. We have called customer service every day and each time they say that we will get our new tickets at the end of the day but we still havent received them. Update: we were told on the day of the flight that they cannot get tickets they promised and we had to issue a refund on the day of departure. Tickets.lt also told us to contact the airline and the airline told us tickets.lt is supposed to fix this problem but they never did. This experience was a waste of our money, time, caused a lot of stress and frustration.I hope they at least send us a refund on time.

Be careful this is big fraud, they sell tickets which they dont have, we bought one, and i the airport we got declined because it was not good ticket.

Tickets from Europe to USA and back were bought and next day they send me an email, that they apologize and there are flights in another days, because one connecting flight is cancelled. It would be good but one problem is that I meant to meet my fiance bought the flights and we meant to meet in the airport. I called the service center and asked if there was a possibility to change the canceled connecting flight to an earlier one and the answer was to wait. It is a long time to wait for answers and I think there would not be so hard to change the connecting flight because the flight will be in two months and there are plenty of seats left on the plane.
