Tickets.lt -“Travel awaits”, i personally think they should change their moto to “Nightmare awaits”. Bought Turkish airlinestickets to Cebu, Phillipines. Trip was cancelled and changed 2 times until they suggested tickets which we couldn’t accept. So we asked for a refund. Service was canceled so we thought there will be no issues with refund. Boy we were wrong. No tickets, no money, comunication is on the level - we’re waiting for someones approval. Already 14 days. Tickets we wanted to buy have risen in price from 3k to 4,5k EUR in the meantime. I suggest strongly avoid this *hithole, don’t try to save anything, buy - directly from airline. Have peace of mind.
Update 09.12 While tickets.lt wait for approval to refund the service they can't provide, trip.com refunded me in 24hours for domestic flight in Philipines which was cancelled. Choose wisely your trip agency. You can see real quality when issues arise.
Update 09.21 no refund by this time so it's almost a month. And no communication from vendor. They don't respond to any type of communication. Had to fill up insurance claim.
Update 09.28 no refund although EU rules set maximum term of 14 days. Opened a case against tickects.lt (TTN Gmbh) on court with additional requirements.

When buying tickets, autofill automatically filled in the wrong passenger details and we bought the tickets with the wrong name. Customer support Iryna was quick to help, we are very thankful to her!

When purchasing tickets, I had a price of 81e displayed all the time, I did not choose any additional options. Upon reaching last step, the website shows that I had -5e "discount" applied, because `Maestro` card was chosen as payment method. After I have chosen `Mastercard Debit`, price changed to 86e.
I do not care about the 5e, the price was still good for the flight. However, I felt like an idiot pressing the "Pay" button after being tricked so scummily.

Before paying for the tickets it said baggage included, after paying and getting the ticket i had to pay extra for baggage. The company did nothing to resolve the issue, except offer me to pay for it extra.

I need to change dates of my flight. They send me an invoice and asked to pay 383,84eur!!! I just checked airline website and there is clearly written that cost of changes is 28eur. Cheaters!!! Never ever again. Better to buy direct from airlines!! Booking number YANNBD8E. Just read tickets.lt answer to my complaint. Additional charges… 384eur tickets.lt fee against 28eur airlines fee. I paid for tickets 240eur. Just avoid this company at any cost.

Bought a ticket on tickets.lt and went to bed, when woke up in the morning tickets.lt send me a message that my flight was not bought, but I completed the transaction and tickets.lt got the money. Had to buy ticket twice the price the next day, i dont understand, how can i buy and pay for a ticket, yet not get it? last time i use this garbage company

I needed date change of the return flight Tickets.lt rejected my request giving false argument: the same day bought a new return ticket via Tickets.lt with the date I needed. When I tried to return the ticket Tickets.lt rejected and recommended to request ag again after my return from the trip. I requested again and Tickets.lt rejected my request again.

One of the absolute worst booking experiences of my life. Customer support supposedly speaks English, although the website itself is in Lithuanian. But guess what? They barely speak English too!
I purchased my tickets to and from Brussels, selecting specific seats. Upon approval, those seats were changed not once, not twice, but three times for the flight to Brussels. And for the return flight? I got this: "Unfortunately, we're unable to provide Pre-reserved seat assignment service for VYTENIS JAKUBAUSKAS on Vilnius (Lithuania) → Brussels (Belgium) flight."
WHY DO YOU EVEN BOTHER INFORMING ME THAT THE SEATS WERE RESERVED AND CLEARED WHEN I INITIALLY BOOKED AND PAID? And on top of that, customer support has no clue what my issue is. Almost no one has even a B1 level of English to understand the problem. I will definitely file a complaint to get my money back. This is my last time using tickets.lt.

The final price increased for more then $100 just before payment after I marked card type Visa debit. In despite that it is shown Visa Debit no charges. Very confusing price structure for different cards. Is it on purpose or just mistake?
