Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Looking at 1,756 reviews, reviewers had a great experience with this company. Customers generally find the website easy to navigate and the purchasing process straightforward, with many appreciating the quick processing and email confirmations. The ease and speed of transactions are frequently highlighted, making the overall user experience smooth and efficient for many. However, some people mentioned confusion regarding the actual seller, often believing they were purchasing directly from a venue or official site, and were dissatisfied with unexpected charges, particularly when paying in USD for Canadian events. A few other people also felt that the pricing was exorbitant, with tickets costing significantly more than their face value, and some experienced issues with receiving their tickets or getting assistance for orders.

I didn’t love the five emails to set up but everything transferred to my wallet and looks to be in order

It took a few tries to get the tickets into my Apple Wallet. I also tried to go back on and buy a friend a single ticket, but it denied me access.

I wanted my money back

I wanted my money back. Order was only processing and it had only been an hour since I purchased them. I found out that we will be out of town from my husband and we could no longer go.

If I could give less then 1 star I…

If I could give less then 1 star I would. I had a terrible experience with this company and I don't want it to happen to anyone else. This company likes to falsely charge your card for more money then what is shown. I'm canadian and was charged a conversion amount and when I realized and called right away I was told I couldn't get a refund because the "seller already accepted and confirms the payment" (which is bullshit as I called immediately after purchase. Not only were they giving me a hard time about the situation, the lady I spoke to who I wish I knew her name so I could list it, told me that it was great that I called so early because I now had two options. She told me that my first option was to basically sell the tickets back through them and that when someone buys the tickets I would get my refund. She then asked me if I wanted to upcharge the tickets and charge more than what I paid for them. I explained to her that that's wrong and that I was already charged more than what I was told and I refuse to do that to somebody else. Then she said my third option was to sell them privately on my own. In this conversation we circled back to the refund thing and I just was not understanding why it couldn't be done. In this conversation she started to get frustrated with me, and then proceeded to gaslight me and tell me that she did not offer me the option to sell the tickets through them. She then backtracked and told me that she had told me there's no option for refunds or to sell the tickets through them the only option is to sell them privately. At this point we have been having a conversation for over 15 minutes now and my emotions were heightened, so when she started lying to me and gaslighting me I lost it. Completely and totally unprofessional, rude to their customers, gaslighting, lying and scamming their customers. I just don't want this to happen to anybody else. This company should be ashamed. I worked in customer service and I know that's definitely not the way to treat somebody.
