SCAM/FRADULENT SITE--DO NOT USE TICKETSONSALE
SCAM! BEWARE! Do not purchase tickets from this DECEPTIVE 3rd party resale vendor. They use algorithms to appear at the top of search engines and significantly MARK UP PRICING, have NO ACCESSIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, and SOMETIMES DO NOT EVEN PROVIDE TICKETS TO THE EVENT. My husband accidentally purchased tickets for a music concert at a local venue. The price range should have been $45-85. We paid approximately double per seat. Because we were purchasing for a group, we felt pressured to buy quickly to get the number of tickets we needed and did not see that this was not the direct link to the venue. THEY COUNT ON YOU NOT CHECKING AND VERIFYING THE SOURCE. Now it is the day before the show. Despite emails from the company saying we can download tickets. we cannot download them. They do not answer direct inquiries. The venue cannot help because it is a third party. We don't even know if the tickets exist and we will be able to see this show. We have a group going that we purchased tickets for and do not know if we will be able to get in or have actual seats at this point. DO NOT USE TICKETSONSALE.
