TicketSource - the magic sauce. What's there not to like!

As event organiser for our village Hall, I credit TicketSource as being the magic sauce that has helped make our events so successful. I regularly thank the day we opted to go with them for our event bookings, rather than use one of the myriad of other booking providers. Easy to use and with real people who act quickly, should you have a problem.

Misplaced email resolved in 10 minutes - excellent.

We had misplaced our email confirmation with the tickets for an event we were attending, and following an email to TicketSource, I had response from Becca within 10 minutes, and all was sorted. Excellent service.

payment problem resolved

My payment via the website didn’t go through so I emailed customer support for help. Emma emailed me back quickly (in the evening) with a detailed, helpful explanation and a resolution to the problem (which was actually due to a Visa outage). Very impressive customer service.

Great service

I booked tickets for a performance but mistyped my email address. Only realised the night before the show. I emailed ticketsource sbd got an immediate reply early next morning. They found the booking and resent the tickets. Fabulous service.

No response to attempts at contact after selling a ticket for a seat that didn’t exist

Sold me a ticket for a seat that did not exist at the venue. Have not responded to my attempts at contact. Would not ever buy a ticket for future events from this company if this is the way they treat customers.

We took out insurance for our tickets…

We took out insurance for our tickets for an Acro Competition our daughter was participating in. She can no longer compete but we cannot claim back our tickets cost! Pointless paying extra for insurance!

Excellent support service

I emailed the support desk as I had entered an incorrect email address when booking tickets to an event. Chloe came back within 10 minutes, amended my email and resent my tickets. Excellent, professional service and a pleasure to deal with. Very easy booking system too!

Prompt efficient service

I had an issue with my order where I was charged twice. I was contacted the following day by Angharad to highlight the error and she refunded the duplicated amount quickly and without any hassle. Amazing service. Thank you
