I ordered some trainers. A package was duly received withing the stated delivery time. On opening the items were incorrect, they also looked like seconds, not the quality I expected.
I reported this to the seller via the site, no response. Followed up with the seller a week later as well as the credit service they used to collect payment, no response from either. Submitted a claim through my credit card provider and received a refund. I reported this to the seller, asked them what they wanted doing with the item, no response. Plan to give to charity (if they want them) otherwise the dustbin.
