They do a great job and always keep in contact if they’re unable to make it on the day, which does not happen very often. Any queries you have you can contact tidal through their app also.

Supposed to clean window frames yeah right maybe first couple of cleans then that’s it windows left all streaky with the water when it’s dry

There prices are very good

Cleans my windows every 6 weeks but you can choose how often you have them done. You have an email beforehand to let you know when it's due. Payment can be taken from your bank so no need to be at home as long as there is access to your windows. All good and would recommend.

Very good service Ben spent a long time cleaning my windows because they were very dirty due to having some work done on the roof. Best window cleaner I have ever used, although they are expensive.

The window cleaning service meted out over many years has been a chequered history of broken roof tiles and less than sparkling results. It was with no hope for better results that I came across Tidal, and at last I sighed a sigh of relief. They offer different options of time intervals for a cleaning service, they are very reasonably priced, and Richard Newman's team provides the service at very high professional standards.

Our lovely Sian and partner come every other month to clean our windows, they do a fantastic job,take there time no rushing. We get a message to remind us when there coming so I can leave the side gate open very reasonably priced, no complaints at all. Would highly recommend Tidal and have.

Great service done with care and lovely clean windows, glad i have made them a regular addition to my window cleaning regime.

The staff are prompt and efficient. Dealing with the company is simple and straight forward.
They do a good job of cleaning my windows and door.
My only issue was that a communication error meant that initially they attended my previous address instead of my present address.
