Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. Ordered cushions online unfortunately I ordered the wrong size. I telephoned them to say I had ordered wrong size and Grace who I spoke to was amazing. She advised me how to send the cushions back and even emailed me with the address and as soon as I had sent them back upload picture of the tracking number and as soon as they were received she notified me. She even let me know that my refund had been processed absolutely outstanding customer service from this lady.

Dear customer, we never like to receive a bad review on our products and services but equally appreciate that you have taken the time and we will always use that information to try and improve. The diffuser you purchased is a very popular item that we have sold a lot but have never come up with this issue before but we will do some more testing on it in different environments to see how long it lasts.
Big shame
The product website is very good in its appearance of the products marketed very well however the rectangular glass table I received was from China poorly manufactured after a long wait the glass would not even fit due to the table being out of square. I asked for the product to be returned in which I had to wait 2 weeks for the 3rd party courier to pick up. Once they confirmed they had the table back I had to wait a further 3-5 days for a refund yet to receive. If you cherish your time and money stay clear of this company they simply don't have the infrastructure to supply across the country and appears the quality of product. Big shame

We always try to keep our customers informed of the ongoing situation but as we do use 3rd party couriers for long distance deliveries, sometimes we are at the mercy of their delivery and collection times. We ordered the corner cloud sofa, and firstly I can say WOW, the sofa has the IT factor & is such a staple piece in our living room.
I need to mention the service I received from Grace, she was so informative & took genuine care & concern ensuring we received the sofa & even checked up on me via email the day I got the sofa so thank you so much amazing service.
