I am a Tottenham Hotspur fan and no legit ticket selling company refers to us by 'SPURS'

If we’re calling official tickets ‘Spurs’ tickets, not Tottenham Hotspur, by this theory..shall we refer to Arsenal tickets as ‘Gunners’?

Warning – Misleading Claims and No Proof of Authorisation

I purchased football tickets from Tier One Tickets (tieronetickets.com) and discovered multiple red flags that suggest this company is not legitimate.

Their website claims they are a “licensed partner of the Premier League” and that they provide official hospitality packages for Arsenal (Emirates Stadium) and Liverpool (Anfield).
However, after contacting both Arsenal and Liverpool directly, each club confirmed that Tier One Tickets is not authorised to sell hospitality or matchday tickets on their behalf.

No evidence exists on any official Premier League or club site showing Tier One Tickets as a recognised or approved partner. In addition, their company registration (No. 15074076) is listed as dormant at a shared business address in Mayfair, London.

When checking their Trustpilot page, I noticed hundreds of reviews posted within the same hour, which is extremely unusual. Trustpilot has flagged this company’s page as suspicious, and I can confirm that my own experience supports that warning.

I emailed customer suppprtm multiple times and received no response — not even an automatic reply.

I have since contacted my bank to request a refund and report the matter for investigation.

⚠️ Please be very cautious before purchasing. Their website makes false claims about Premier League partnerships, their reviews appear manipulated, and they do not respond to customers.
I am posting this to help others avoid the same mistake.

Definitely a scam

This website is 100% a scam. the recent review claims to have gotten man utd derby tickets however this fixture hasnt been played since company has been active. after reading there reviews, they are going to reply to me saying '' you have never used our services and probably threaten leagal action'' after speaking with several paries i can confirm they are not a licensed reseller of tickets, there are zero companies in spain ( which they dont have a registered company) offering this service they claim.

This is a scam site using another address in London which does not deal with ticket! Site only 2 months old, you will never receive any tickets, VAT number is made up! PLEASE REPORT THIS SITE AND TELL ALL FRIENDS AND FAMILY NOT TO PURCHASE TICKETS FORM A SCAM WEBSITE

I bought tickets for the Arsenal vs Crystal Palace game 2 weeks ago and i have to say i was very pleasantly surprised. I have tried other ticketing services and i have to say that this is the best one by far.

STAY CLEAR! Hi to be clear I haven't purchased from this company but have been scammed by companies marketing in an identical fashion. I received an instagram ad which alerted me to another one of these. They will provide you all the reassurance in the world via their review responses but will run away with your money. They also tell you All home tickets are digital and will be emailed to you around 7 days before kick-off but never show up. You’ll receive detailed instructions on how to download or scan your tickets upon arrival.The scammer I experienced was given a cease and desist letter as punishment so they know that they know they can pretty much walk away.

Tier One are not an offical premier league ticketing partner, please google and check before you buy the tickets and read the real 1 star reviews rather than fake ones - avoid as this sounds like a scam.

Appears to be a scam site. Only registered recently. Yet has tickets for games up until May 26 and falsely purports to have 40,000 Trustpilot reviews. Recent reviews allude to Liverpool playing Brighton at Anfield which hasn't happened since Nov 24. I messaged them on their live chat to ask if they can prove they are verified by the Premier League. No response. Site seems hastily put together. Happy to rescind if they prove me wrong though.

Watch out with this company: 1. all the positive reviews in Trustpilot start with "genuine company" - I didn't know people reviewed companies based on their authenticity or not. 2. No comments in their post in Instagram - only scam accounts delete comments. 3. Selling tickets for PL matches at 70£ when the real price for members is not lower than 90£.

This is a total scam, please be very careful and don't give away your money to dishonest people.

The positive reviews appear to be bots with just one review to their profile.

The 'Tony Russo' in amongst the positive reviews is clearly an attempt at damage control, note the title "legitimate company" along side the final part of the review - he is actively trying to convince the viewer to purchase from them rather than explaining his personal experience.

The Tier One Ticket website has a dishonest image claiming they have an average of 5 stars of reviews on Trust Pilot, yet one quick glance here proves that wrong.

If you ask them to provide written proof that Tier One Tickets Ltd is an officially authorised reseller or hospitality partner for Premier League clubs, as stated on their website, they will fail to reply to you.

Their website also includes a stream of news articles with no authors listed, which is unusual for a ticket website. It looks as if it has been written by AI.

Their persistent claim that VISA/Mastercard wouldn't allow them to take payments if we were not legitimate is also a lie. Card processors don’t verify business legitimacy, only payment setup.

EDIT: Upon seeing their reply to my review I am going to issue my reply here.

Accepting card payments only means a business is PCI compliant, which ensures secure handling of payment data — it does not confirm that a company is authorised, genuine, or trustworthy. Countless unauthorised sellers and scams still process payments through Visa or Mastercard.

They’ve also refused to provide proof of official partnerships or reseller status, citing “confidential agreements.” But legitimate ticket agencies typically can confirm their authorisation in writing or are listed publicly by clubs or organisers — there’s nothing confidential about being a verified partner.

They're selling tickets for Newcastle United but the club doesn't have any authorised sellers. Onlyvthe club sells tickets. Wouldn't trust anything on Facebook

Massive scam, they’ve scammed me and my son for a 2 tickets for Liverpool. Wouldn’t recommend at all. Wonder how these scams can even operate. Whole design is copied from livefootballtickets.

claim that they wouldn’t be authorised to take card payments if they weren’t authorised is BS. a lot of scammers have card payments. furthermore you have scammed me and others i know too. tickets were never sent. look at the reviews by these bots. this is such a clear scam do not fall for it
