My 4 year old son is really into mountain biking and goes to a class with other kids the same age. They all struggle to find protective kit that actually fits (many use older kids elbow pads as knee pads). The stuff we’ve bought from TI-GO, (knee pads and gloves) have got great and are perfect for the job. So so pleased and recommend them to others. I would say having some knee pads which have a harder shell to them would be nice but not sure if they would work because of being able to move freely. So my suggestion might be pointless! Otherwise I highly recommend

Great product and delighted to have warm cycling gloves for my son ahead of school term starting again.

Items purchased: Totes Warm weatherproof cycling gloves.

These gloves were sent very quickly in plastic-free packaging that fits through the letterbox. The gloves were really well made, fit the kids' hands really well and true to the size guide. Design highlights were that the cuffs were nice and long, and the grip on the fingers looked fantastic. Both my son and daughter liked the styling.

Only issue is that the gloves were quite a lot thinner than expected and didn't really live up to their 'Totes Warm' name. Both kids complained about cold hands within a couple of mins and were really upset by the time we had completed a 12 minute ride to school ( around freezing on a dry, windless day). The day before they had completed same journey in the same conditions in just fleece gloves and although they said their hands were cold, there were no tears.

TiGO responded to an email almost instantly with a phonecall and offered a refund despite the gloves having been used, which is really great customer service. Wouldn't hesistate to use them again for other products, shame this one didn't work out.
